    Fixed Wall Switches and 20A Outdoor Outlet

    Two of my washrooms had dual wall switches where one switch controlled both the lights and the exhaust fan and the other switch was a dummy switch (i.e. no function). I wanted these switches separated so that one switch would control the lights and use the other (dummy) switch to turn the exhaust fan on or off. Antonio and his son came and did an amazing job working together to do just that, and even went the extra mile to properly affix the washroom exhaust fans that apparently were not installed properly by a past contractor. They also did a superb job at installing a new outdoor 20A power outlet for my backyard. Antonio is both a knowledgeable and friendly man who takes his time to do his work correctly and has made a satisfied customer. I will definitely be hiring him again for future electric work.

    Potlights and ceiling lights

    I had Arnoldo, his wife, and her brother come by to run new wiring and install ceiling light fixtures in 3 bedrooms, 20 potlights across the kitchen/dining room/living room, remove old electrical items, change over some switches to dimmers, upgrade a number of old outlets, install GFCI outlets in the washrooms, and outdoor electrical as well. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with this dream team - they were warm, friendly, helpful with recommendations, respectful of kids and pets, and did a very neat, tidy, and clean job throughout. Our house was transformed in the course of a week, and we couldn't be happier! Everyone was very professional and they're all just truly really great people who are passionate and skilled at what they do. Would recommend with my highest endorsement in a heartbeat, and can't wait to have them back when we do our kitchen. I only wish every contractor was as amazing as these folks - simply the best!!! Keep up the great work guys! You're all incredible!

    Full electrical work in small condo

    It was absolute pleasure working with Java Electric, I cannot say enough good things. All the work in my condo (moving outlets, adding outlets, installing and connecting smart potlights and smart switches) was done in a timely and efficient manner with 100% professionalism. I was so happy with the work, I would recommend Antonio to anyone who has electrical work. I had an electrical emergency as well and Antonio was able to come right away to help me with it. Responsive, knowledgable, and reliable, I cannot say enough good things. Always had the clients best interest when presenting different options.

    Electrical panel upgrade

    Antonio and his crew are top notch. He added a 20A breaker to our panel and ran exterior lines to 2 underserved attic bedrooms. His work is so clean, careful and methodical, and he does everything by the book, no shortcuts. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. He also kept all work areas remarkably clean. His quote was very fair and he was able to stick to it. And on top of all that he's a super personable guy and a pleasure to chat with! Highly recommend Java Electric.

    Troubleshooting and outlet repairs

    Arnoldo and his wife (and her brother!) came to troubleshoot a problem with several outlets in my apartment, in a complicated older building. They were professional and personable, and explained everything as they went along. I recommend them without hesitation and will be calling again for any issues or projects I may have.     New Switches and Trouble Shooting

    What began as a basic request to have my light switches updated, quickly turned into a much larger project. Joseph came across two potentially unsafe findings. He provided me with education about my options, in regard to the kitchen issue. He also took time to explain and show me the issues of concern, in regard to my front entrance. Given the scope of these newly discovered findings, I fully expected the required work to take much longer to complete. Joseph is very skilled and was very organized in how he approached the required trouble shooting. He demonstrated the same work ethic as his father and was able to make the required corrections in a fraction of the time, compared to what I expected. In addition, he was also able to accommodate an extra last minute service request. Ive used Java Electric before. They consistently provide skilled, professional and courteous service, at very competitive rates.

    Great

    Prompt communication. Antonio told me the price upfront and stuck to it. Great work - he repaired an old stove outlet without upselling. Made the original parts work. All done with care and pride in workmanship and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

    Troubleshoot and fix breaker trips

    I had a weird issue of my breakers tripping intermittently when my garage receptacles are used for Vaccuming or any other load. It has become an issue as I also use the electric start for my snow blower and finally decided to get this fixed. Antonio knew exactly what needed to be done and resolved it in no time. Its been 2 months now and I have not had a single trip since it has been fixed. Very satisfied.

    Bathroom Exhaust Fan & Pot Light Installations

    It was a pleasure doing business with Antonio and his sons. They were courteous and professional. My project required installing two bathroom exhaust fans and two pot lights. As part of the installation process, Antonio went into the attic to ensure that all connections were secure. While in the attic, he took a number of pictures to show me the work being performed. Attached, you will find one of the many attic pictures; it shows that insulation was re-applied over the new exhaust tubing. This company takes great pride in their work & it shows. Throughout the process, Antonio answered all my questions in a quick and comprehensive manner. He asked for my feedback, when appropriate. My floors and counters were protected and all areas were left clean and tidy. They arrived on time and the final cost of the project was exactly as was outlined in my estimate. The price quoted was both reasonable and competitive. I absolutely recommend Java Electric and look forward to using their service again in the future.
