Nick came by on Tuesday to see our property, called Wednesday with a quote, arrived Thursday morning and finished Friday afternoon. His suggestions were right on the money with what we were looking for too. Fast, efficient and hard-working, I'd recommend Nick and his co-workers to anyone looking for home improvements. A job very well done.

A good friend of mine told us about Footprint, he said they been working next door to him building a deck. He was impressed with the deck they built, so he had them build his too.When I initially met Nick I didn't realize he'd be there everyday. The guys showed up, they were very polite and clean cut. We live in an older home and it was very important for us to keep that look. Nick and Trevor took it upon themselves to make certain our home would still feel original despite our modern upgrades. These guys are more than what we had expected. They still come by when they are in the area, what more could you want.

The quality and workmanship was exceptional. We paid under what was quoted. They followed through with the timeline. They showed up when they were supposed to,were very clean and very courteous. Nick and Trevor also added innovative ideas to a great design. We couldn't have been any happier with how our basement has turned out and I have many client's and friends commenting on how beautiful it is.

Footprint did the framing on the addition, built a deck and a porch and did the interior finished carpentry. All the work was excellent and was done on time and on budget. These guys care about what they do and always comport themselves in a throughly professional manner. They also have extensive knowledge of many aspects of construction and were invaluable in advising me about other trades as I acted as my own general contractor.
