After Hurricane Beryl, I noticed water leaking from a pot light in my 2nd floor bathroom. I called Ben. Ben came out, promptly, to inspect the roof above my 2nd floor bathroom, and talked with me about his diagnosis. Having used Ben before at a previous home, I know that he is knowledgeable and professional, and I trust his advice. While another roofer might have told me I needed to spend $50,000 to address this leak, Ben did just the opposite. His honesty and commitment to his customers is outstanding. Ben and his team came out shortly after Ben and I met, and they completed the job in one day. As always, Ben went above and beyond, reinforcing the seal around my 3rd floor skylight, just because he was up there and because he believes in solid craftsmanship. This is my second time using Luc's and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and to recommend them to anyone.

I did my research to find a good roofing company, and I found one with Luc's Roofing. They were recommended by a friend, but I also found Ben (owner) to be very responsive and helpful, and his price to be fair and/or better than the competitor's quotes. He prioritized our roof because we had a leak, and he and his crew carried out the work efficiently and respectfully. They were good at communicating and left the place clean. He didn't add any hidden pricing, and he went above and beyond to respond to my requests as the work progressed.

We had used Luc of Luc's Roofing many years ago and Luc did high quality work at a reasonable cost. The business has long been taken over by his son Ben and we are very pleased with his work. Ben is professional and a pleasure to work with. He delivers high quality work at a fair cost. His crew used tarps and cleaned up the property when done.

Ben and his team did a great job of replacing 3 flat roofs, including slopping two of the roofs for proper drainage and replacing a skylight. It was a big job, but they got it done in a week. Excellent service and the clean up was perfect.

I recommend Luc's Roofing Ltd. I had to replace shingles on my roof. I contacted 5 roofing companies. Only three of them submitted an estimate. Only Ben from Luc's Roofing climbed a ladder and looked at the roof before submitting an estimate. A representative from a well-known roofing company stayed on the sidewalk and did not bother to inspect the roof. I asked this individual why he did not go on the roof. His answer was that he did not need to do that. I chose Luc's Roofing and I am glad that I did. Ben and his team did the work. They were extremely professional. They removed shingles and put new ones. As you know, replacing shingles can be messy which was not the case with Luc's Roofing. Please do not hesitate to contact Luc's roofing for an estimate and you won't regret hiring this company.

From quote to finish, Lucs Roofing was one of the best home contractors Ive ever retained. Above all, Bens honesty was what struck me as setting him apart from other contractors. He in fact, dissuaded me from spending more than necessary. The quote came back quickly and the work was completed in a timely manner. The work crew were meticulous in cleaning up post-job.

Luc's Roofing did my roof about 11 years ago and just recently I had an issue with a critter creating a hole in the roof. Luc's responded quickly, came out the next day and repaired the spot right away. All of my experiences with Luc's have been pain-free and compared to other providers they are fairly priced. I highly recommend Luc's and would not hesitate to call them should something else arise.

Ben and his team were fast and efficient. They came by and checked my roofs leakage and were able to give me a quote on the spot. They came by that same week and had my roof looking amazing the next day. Very reliable and excellent communication! 10/10 recommend!
