    Roof Shingle replacement

    Luc's roofing was recommended to us by a neighbour. We found his pricing to be fair and they did a top quality job. The workers were friendly, and kept a clean worksite. The job was completed on time and even though he had to replace some patches of rotten wood, he kept to his quote. We would highly recommend Luc!

    Flat Roof

    It was very easy dealing with this company. They were on time and on schedule. The work was done quickly and with attention to detail. They protected my backyard with tarps and large sheets of wood. After it was all done, there was no debris at all in my or the neighbours' property. Great job.

    Roof

    We had a leak from our old roof. Luc's Roofing responded promptly to our call, emailed us a written estimate quickly (came to the house on a Saturday) and completed the roof in very good time. We liked that Luc was very available to communicate through email. He kept us up to speed on the timeline of work. Overall, it a hassle-free experience and we think we got our money's worth.

    Small Roofing Job

    We thought we had a hole in our roof and found Luc's Roofing through Homestars. Luc came out to have a look at the problem which turned out to not be a problem at all - it was just an illusion. He did notice a few other issues and said he could fix them for their minimum fee which we found very reasonable. They came, did the work promptly and everything appears to be just fine - no leaks so far and we had a lot of rain this year. Luc was very friendly and professional - even my dog really liked him and he doesn't like anybody. He was very honest and straightforward, we felt very comfortable hiring them. A year later we were worried our old chimney was leaking so we had them come out to do an estimate again. Another guy came out and he was very kind and honest with us yet again. He took his time and told us how much it would cost and said he didn't think it was worth the cost and explained that we could hire a handyman or do the job ourselves and save a lot of money! You don't come across that very often! Although we haven't yet used Luc's Roofing for a major job we wouldn't hesitate to call them when our roof needs replacing in a few years.

    Roof and roof repair

    Luc's Roofing did a great job on our steep Victorian roof seven and a half years ago; it's still perfect. Earlier this year I emailed them to ask about a couple of shingles that have curled up on the side of the house. Luc emailed right back and came the following day, then Ben came the same afternoon, apologizing that it took him a bit longer to locate the same colour shingles, and fixed everything at no charge! This month I emailed them about our much older flat roof and skylight. Again, Luc responded right away, came as scheduled, took pics and explained everything. Then he fixed the worst to make sure we had no leaks before the new skylight's delivered. Great job and great customer service. Quite exceptional actually. Thanks!

    Roof Inspection, Touch-Up

    I just bought a home near Chaplin and Avenue, closing 17 November. I wanted to ensure the roof was good to last through the winter. I gave Luc's Roofing a call and asked if they could send someone to check it out and let me know what needs to be done. Their reviews were excellent. They said that one of their contractors would be in the area the next day, and would come over. Ben comes over the next day. He goes on my roof, with a caulking gun in his hand. He does a full inspection of the roof, and as he goes he applies a few points of caulking here and there, pops a nail back in that had come loose and caulked it up. When he is all done he comes back down and tells me after he applied a few points of caulking the roof is perfect to go through the winter. And then he doesn't charge me anything. "I'm always in the area, its no problem." Where another roofer might have quoted me who-knows-what, Ben was just concerned that my roof was okay. He did a touch-up job, and now the roof is good to go. I love these guys! Needless to say Luc's Roofing is who gets my roofing business. I know that if they say something needs to be done, I can trust them. In the sometimes fly-by-night roofing industry, that is huge.

    Roof

    It was an utmost pleasure dealing with Luc's Roofing. Not only was their workmanship outstanding; they also provided fabulous customer service. They arrived at our house and went into great detail when explaining our quote. We immediately felt at ease dealing with them. They showed pictures where the roof was damaged and where water was entering into our bedroom. They immediately tarped our roof and within a few days began the repairs. Our roof was quite complicated as on one side of the house the gap between the houses is about 30 cm. The roof looks amazing and we are extremely happy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Roof/chimney flashing

    I called several different companies for this repair. Even though it was a fairly small job, it was very important to me. One company returned my call two weeks late, and never showed up to give me an estimate. One company gave me an estimate, but never responded to my follow-up questions. Another company gave me a big sell on what needed to be done. Luc, on the other hand, responded quickly and gave me an honest and detailed estimate. He was very patient in answering my follow-up questions, and always answered promptly. I also like that he is comfortable with email, since that is my preferred mode of communication. The job was done in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Luc even took “before” and “after” pictures, so I could see exactly what had been done. I am very happy with the service I received from Luc, and he will be the first one I call when I need to replace my roof in a few years’ time. Highly recommended.

    flat roof, shingles

    I found this company on HomeStars. They were completely professional. Ben was exceptionally engaged in the project and put me at ease. He supervised the job during and after its completion and provided photos to show me exactly what was done. The installers did a beautiful job and an amazing cleanup. My front garden was completely protected. The entire roofing experience was completely PAINLESS!! Thank you so much to the entire team at Luc's roofing.

    re roofing of a porch roof

    very professional, knowledgeable and honest. we talked to 4 roofers before we chose Luc. We decided to go with Luc because he knows his stuff. he is actually going on the roof to inspect the roof before quoting (other roofers did'n). he uses good quality materials. Tom
