    Roofing

    Ben of Luc's Roofing has done three separate jobs for me, over my whole roof, and each one was done with expertise and speed. He has always been informative and considerate. I could recommend him to anyone!

    Roof

    Excellent service, bang on estimate, efficient, professional, they did both houses of a semi in one day, cleanup was quick and painless, highly recommend this group for no hassle and great job.

    Luc’s Roofing

    Luc’s roofing did a fantastic job. They responded right away to give an estimate; answered all my questions, completed the job in a timely manner and did perfect clean up. Highly recommended!

    roofing

    This is the second project that I have used Luc's for. They are very professional, do high quality work and leave the site cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend and will continue to use them.

    Flat roof replacement

    I hired Ben to do a complete removal and replacement of a very leaky flat roof at the rear of the house. There was a lot of wood replacement required and it was beautifully done. I appreciated his attention to detail and the awesome cleanup job.

    Fantastic crew and detailed work

    I was first introduced to Ben at Luc’s roofing 2 years ago when we started planning our roof replacement. I felt very comfortable with his approach and he seemed like a genuine, thoughtful kind of guy. At the time we decided it wasn’t the right timing for us to move forward with the project. Fast forward to Oct. 2020 we engaged Luc’s roofing again, remembering the previous experience and they were able to squeeze us in before the end of the season. I can’t give enough positive feedback. Ben and his crew were quick, attentive, and an all around really great group of people. We have tenants on the main floor, so it was important for them to be able to come and go as needed. Luc’s Roofing was very accommodating and kept the site clean and organized. We’re very happy with the result – cedar detailing, black gutters and downspouts. We would recommend them to anyone.

    Complete Redo of Our Roof

    Ben and his team completely redid our roof. They removed many, many layers of old roofing from both our sloped and flat roofs They were nice guys and very professional. I'd highly recommend them. You can trust Ben and his team

    complete roofing

    Ben's dad did our roof 20 years ago and did a great job and Ben did another great job this week. We have a large three story house with two flat roofs. Ben and his team did the job in four days, cleaned up every day, left the property immaculate, and didn't damage a single plant. They were professional in every way, so delighted.     Semi-Detached Roof Replacement and New Skylight

    We could not be happier with Ben and his amazing team. They were careful, thoughtful, and hard-working. They covered all of our and our neighbour's windows and other property before starting. The day was incredibly hot, but they managed to get everything done quickly and efficiently. They also ensured that the roof (which was in considerably bad shape) was fixed and good for the next few decades. Most importantly, Ben and his team were incredibly trustworthy and honest. They are experts in what they do, and are true professionals. I would highly recommend Luc's Roofing.

    New Roof and Skylight

    A big thank you to Ben and the entire Luc's Roofing team. The estimate process and the pre-work explanations were terrific and we were impressed with their professionalism. Ben communicated with us on a very regular basis and kept us posted on plans and progress. The guys were all personable and polite and the work area was cleaned up at the end of every day. Every aspect of the job was addressed - no shortcuts! When a mourning dove's nest was found in the eavestrough, it was carefully removed and placed on a flat stone until that area was finished, then replaced. Mama dove went right back to her babes - fantastic! Quality workmanship with a professional , caring approach!
