    Roofing

    I sought quotes from three other roofers before contacting Luc's Roofing. One responded in a timely manner. The other two did not contact me at all despite follow ups and promises to do so. Luc's Roofing responded promptly. Ben called when he said he would; he came when he said he would and the job was started and finished as scheduled. Luc's Roofing did great work, in a timely manner for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for!

    Fantastic Company to work with!

    Fantastic experience from start to finish. Head Office was easy to connect with and ensured that we had a response from Ben very quickly in order to receive a quote. Roofing Team confirmed the date promptly and showed up exactly on time (as well as completed the work as per their estimate). The Roofing Team left our property SPOTLESS and did a fantastic job. I couldn't say enough about working with this company - this was the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor!!

    Roof Replacement- Excellent Job!

    I’ve waited almost a year to write this review. I contacted Luc’s Roofing after Toronto experienced one of its notorious wind storms in 2018. I lost a lot of shingles on my 3rd floor roof and needed to replace it, along with a lower level roof. When Ben came over to access the situation, he was very personable and down to earth. When the day of the roofing came Ben and his team were on time, courtesy and professional. Ben works right along with his team on the job, which is impressive. The roof is currently in amazing shape and I plan on getting Ben to quote on another job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team in an instant.

    Excellent workmanship combined with supplier integrity

    It was a dark and stormy night, On the way up to the third floor of our house, my hand grazed the glistening staircase ceiling. Wet. It rained again the next night. Wet again. We had a leak. I left of message for Ben of Luc's Roofing. who got back to me right away. Initially it seemed as if this was going to be a simple repair however, Ben warned us, the extent of the repair would depend upon what he would find beneath the shingles ....Stripping the shingles unveiled the extremely shoddy workmanship of the company that gave us a new roof 13 years ago: shingles laid upon shingles, rotted wood, gaping holes, no underlayment, etc. Obviously, this job was no longer a simple repair. Dealing with Ben was a pleasure. He is a respectful professional with integrity, who kept us informed every step of the way. Phone calls, email, photos were a regular part of day when Ben was on the job. The challenges of our roof with its pitches, angles, flat portions were well handled by his equally professional crew. Ben and his team were prompt, efficient and masters of their craft. Our property was left neat and tidy at the end of each working day. I have yet to find a nail.

    40 year old flat roof replacement in Moore Park

    As a retired engineer / building inspector with over 11,000 inspections (and roofs viewed) carried out over 30 years, I have been very familiar with Luc's Roofing and their high quality work. When the time came to replace my own flat roof, I chose Luc's Roofing for that reason. The price was competitive with other qualified roofers, and Ben's professional approach would be an asset in any business. Ben and his crew worked 11 hours straight through, to complete a job complicated by the usual nasty surprises that arise when a forty-year old roof is removed. The final result was top quality, and charges for the extra work were less than expected. The best possible contractor experience. Highly recommended. Alex Welsh

    Flat roof entirely redone

    We had a huge re-roofing job to do on our 130 year-old, flat-roofed house. It had many layers that people had just added on top of each other over the years. They all had to be removed, with new materials put down, and care taken around a sky light. We'd had multiple quotes. Luc's was not the lowest, but not the highest either, not by a long shot. Ben ran the show. He was there throughout, working alongside the crew. The job was swift, clean, and all-around excellent. We went up on the roof after it was done and two days of heavy rain had fallen. Our neighbour had, coincidentally, had new roofing done the same day. Water was pooled on her roof -- there was none on ours. Thanks, Ben, crew, and Luc's for the great job.

    Top-notch Roofing Service

    As a repeat customer for different roofs, I can honestly say Luc’s Roofing is outstanding for excellence in service and customer care. Ben is an absolute pleasure to deal with. His crew are professional, courteous and polite. A powerful wind storm necessitated a new roof. Ben responded promptly to my call for help, took photos of my roof so that I could see the full extent of the problem that was not visible from the ground, provided me with colour samples of the shingles for my new roof, took precautions to protect the artificial turf on my front lawn, ensured all aspects of the roof were done properly and kept me fully informed and updated throughout the project. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Luc’s Roofing for all your roofing needs.

    Flat Roof Replacement and Repair

    We had a roof leak which started coming into our attic and then into our second floor, after several days of rain. I was referred to Luc's Roofing by a friend. Ben was able to come right over and inspect the roof . He also went into the attic and inspected a rotted area, which had been leaking for a long time. Other roofing companies did not inspect as thoroughly and only wanted to put a new roof over the old one (which would not have fixed the problem). We were able to have our flat roof replaced and sloped portion repaired within a few days for a very fair price. I highly recommend them - great work, great service and great pricing.

    New Roof on old semi

    Without hesitation, I recommend Luc's Roofing. Our 1911 semi had flat-top layers down to the original, and multiple layers of shingles on the peak. Porch roof joists needed repair. Several roofing companies provided estimates: some roofers would not even take on the flat-top and one wanted to add yet another layer. After the first meeting with Ben, I knew Luc's Roofing was the right fit. Ben knows roofs. Not only was a detailed and fair quote provided on the spot, Ben provided a photo of adjoined neighbour's chimney - so they could be alerted of a problem and also photos of where the flat tops joined- in order to discuss options. No other roofer had even raised the subject. Ben was on site/on roof during the job and clearly communicated what was found (including original cedar shingles) with photos and options. Our experience: Clear explanations, transparent costs. Utmost care with house and property protection and cleanup - including neighbours. Hardworking and respectful crew. Ethics: repaired shortcut taken by neighbour's roofer where 2 roofs joined. Quality products used with high standards of installation. Attention to detail, smart suggestions. In my opinion, this is the company you want working on your roof.

    Full Roof Re-shingle

    Great Experience. Easy and responsive communication to get a quote and to set up the work to be done Fair quote A well organized team. They covered all the sensitive areas (windows, bbq, etc) and put down tarps to make clean up easy Ben was great a explaining everything and making sure things ran smoothly. Totally happy with the entire experience
