We're very happy with Luc's Roofing. We initially thought we had to replace the shingles on the entire front half of our house because of water damage. But Ben informed us that our shingles actually looked pretty good and suggested a less expensive alternative. We ended up hiring Luc's to re-shingle the a different part of the house. Ben also gently suggested we replace a crappy skylight...he went to get a very nice, reasonably priced skylight for us (he didn't charge us for sourcing it). The whole experience was great. Highly recommend.

My roof was leaking which resulted in a large water bubble on my ceiling that I had to drain. The next day I called several roofers for estimates to replace my flat roof. May 15: Ben was in the neighbourhood and called to ask if he could come by that afternoon to inspect my roof. Ben was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the job would entail and patiently answered my questions. Later that same afternoon he emailed me a quote. After waiting for estimates from other roofers and delays that were not associated with my leaking roof, I decided to go with Luc's Roofing. June 8: Ben and his crew showed up promptly at 7:30am. They carefully rearranged my backyard to protect my outdoor furniture, bbq, etc. And returned everything to the original locations when they were finished. While removing the old roof they discovered some serious damage that required replacing a few beams. They did it for free. When the job was completed they left my backyard cleaner than they found it. I was extremely impressed with Ben and his crew, they were all professional and courteous. They were very considerate of my property, belongings and my neighbour's property (my house is a semi-detached). I would have recommended Luc's Roofing based on this experience alone BUT... June 12: Ben came back to my house because one of his crew members had informed him that my eaves needed caulking. He had forgotten to caulk it when he was here June 8. He came back just to caulk my eaves! And at no charge. Unbelievable. From beginning to end: this was the best customer service experience. If you have an issue with your roof, it would be in your best interest to contact Ben at Luc's Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

Some years ago, a neighbour recommended Luc's Roofing to me. They have been my 'go-to' roofers ever since. They have re-roofed a large detached heritage Victorian home and a large Georgian detached house in Cabbagetown, Downtown Toronto for me. In both cases, the work was excellent and the cleanup perfect. More recently they re-roofed a garage and shed. The members of the company are professional, courteous and honest; and their work is of the highest standard. Their prices are fair and they are completely reliable. I would not hesitate to continue to use them and to refer them to other people.

Luc's Roofing was recommended to me by an established contractor whose opinion I valued. Luc provided a prompt estimate, and performed the work very quickly. I was impressed by the competence of his capable team, and the quality of the work. They left the premises completely free of debris. The price was reasonable and fair. Luc was very easy to work with, and accommodating of my requests. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Hiring Luc's Roofing was a great experience. Ben was great to deal with through online communication and on site. He and his team got the job done quickly, professionally and left the area spotless. My roof looks fantastic! I will definitely recommend Luc's Roofing to everyone I know.

My experience with Luc's Roofing was outstanding. I called 5-6 companies for a quote, but Ben from Luc's roofing was the most efficient in replying back and setting up a time to inspect the roof. Dealing with Ben through the entire process was excellent - he is a thorough professional, very easy and friendly to talk to and explained everything about the job they would do and why. I got a competing quote with a lot more line items increasing the cost of my roof; which Ben explained why I did not really need those in my roof (but would be happy to do it if I really wanted it). I felt very comfortable going with Ben. He was ready to work on my roof within 10 days of my signing the contract and the job was finished in a day (he has a large crew). The property was cleaned thoroughly and the premises and backyard/plants were not damaged at all. Highly recommend their services.

Luc’s Roofing is the company to hire if you want a job done efficiently and neatly. Ben and his crew arrived at my house at around 8:30 last Friday; my roof was completed at 5:30 pm and there was not a blade of grass out of place when they left. I am absolutely delighted with my new roof. Luc’s has my highest recommendation.

This time, I was more than careful when getting a roofing company to reshingle my whole roof. My objective was to buy “QUALITY WOKMANSHIP”. Harold, Luc’s Roofing consultant, assured me that many of the team members have been working a long time for Luc and that their skills were outstanding; this statement reassured me. Harold, took the time to patiently and honestly answer all of my questions about the difference and function of the Ice and Water shield and the other underlayment used, the quality of the shingles, the drip edge, the caulking they use, the protection of my property, the warranty and the cleaning afterwards, etc. There was no more doubt in my mind, I hired them. Luc's Roofing Team was very punctual, polite and hardworking. From 8:00 a.m., I noted that the five of them worked diligently and cooperatively together until the end of the project. When finished, they cleaned carefully around the house. It’s was raining hard the next day and I said to myself: “Yep, I got it right this time; those guys are real pros”! The peace of mind that comes with a roof that is done right is priceless. They should be given a 12 out of 10. Believe me, gone are my worries at last. I am planning to repare the water damage on my ceiling that the previous roof has left me as a souvenir. Without reservation, I recommend that you hire a true professional like Luc’s Roofing to do the job right. I noted that they also do repairs and eavestrough as well.

I am very pleased to be able to give a five star review: Luc and Ben are friendly, straight-forward, efficient, and reasonably priced. They came when they said they were coming, did the work in the time they had estimated, and left the place immaculate. Great.

This company sets the standard for professionalism and quality of work. I was thoroughly impressed by: - Ben's approach and integrity - Completely trustworthy and conscientious. Suggested a solution for our back porch roof that dramatically improved the look. Let me know we needed to strip our flat roof, which no other company had mentioned. Communicated throughout the process -- never had to guess what was going to happen and when. Even went back up to fix something that another roofer messed up when our attached neighbours had their roof done. - The quoting process - Received a detailed quote over email within a day, enabling us to properly understand the project and evaluate the quote. Way better than a handwritten quote on a standard form with chicken scratch in the margins. - The price - Really fair quote for a high quality shingle. No surprises when the invoice arrived. After meeting Ben, I really wanted him to be the one to do the job and the price sealed the deal. - The crew - Nice guys who kept a super clean site and were very careful with our stuff. It's a no-brainer. If you need your roof done (and want it to last), call these guys!
