Our old gutter drainage system had a lot of problems. There was water dripping in one corner where two gutters met and the pipe directing water from the balcony to the downspout was clogged. We went to Homestars and found TTT. They responded promptly to our online request and advised us to replace our gutters and downspouts, which we are so glad that we did. Their crew came on June 1st to do the job. It was one day before that we found out our house had a gypsy moth outbreak. We were so worried the job would not be done perfectly, when there were so many caterpillars hanging, flying and crawling around. To our surprise, their crew was very professional. The job was nicely done. With the new system, they repositioned all the downspouts and added one to the side of our house in the front to make water flow better. After the job was completed, they showed us around, explained things clearly to us and cleaned up all debris before they left. We were very satisfied with their work and much appreciated the follow up phone call from Shantal to make sure everything was fine with us. Thank you so much, Shantal and Amanda.
