    Eaves Trough Cleaning

    Customer service exceptional as well as the work done to the house. I really appreciated the dedication and professionalism with each person I spoke to. I highly recommend Tip Top Trough for their services!

    Repairing a disconnected U joint in our evestrough

    Tip Top Trough came through for us on Christmas eve after we noticed a disconnected downspout and were concerned that more snow, ice and rain were on their way over the holidays. Although we had to leave for a family gathering, the guys at Tip Top went ahead with the job trusting that we would pay them after Christmas. Communication was excellent! They sent a picture of the completed job just as our family was sitting down to our dinner. A real gift and we would definitely recommend them for their courtesy, responsiveness, and good work - especially in a pinch!

    Soffit repair

    Sofitt tiles had come down and needed replacing. Some companies I had contacted quoted excessive amount to repair. Tip Top quoted a fair price for the work required, arrived as promised and work was completed by a very pleasant crew. Would highly recommend.

    Eavestrough Cleaning

    Office staff was great, they were responsive and communicated well. They explained what could and couldn't be done at this time of the year. The work crew arrived during the specified time window and left things neatly.

    Excellent professional work

    Tip Top Trough costs more than many other eavestrough cleaning services--but the cost is worth it, as the work is done professionally, efficiently, and when scheduled; if there is any problem they will return to handle it; and the work includes flushing out downspouts and inspecting for potential problems. I especially like the way they support their ladders on roofs and not against walls (such as stucco ones) which are open to potential damage if ladders are leaned against them.

A lot of the competitors that offer cheaper services are window cleaners who also clean eavestroughs because they have ladders - however they don't know the first thing about eavestroughs. All our technicians are trained to do inspections and repairs; as such we know how to handle your eavestroughs with kid gloves! thank you for noticing and paying extra for our services.

    Tip Top Trough

    We have been dealing with Tip Top Trough for over five years and we are always pleased with their work. We have a big house, very high pitched roof and It’s very important to hire reputable, reliable contractors. When the leaves start falling, We get a reminder “Time to book your appointment “.     Eavestrough

    We emailed a few companies asking for an estimate for new eavestroughs and downspouts. Tip Top provided the most detailed and professional estimate by far. It included sizes, grades, options, suggestions and the cost for each. Their price was a tiny bit higher than some but their longevity in this business and their informed estimate made the decision to hire them a no-brainer. Payment was easy and though I was not home they completed the job exactly as requested and cleaned up too.

    Eaves cleaning

    They came to do a cleaning on my eaves after four years I had done nothing. I expected them to tell me a whole bunch of issues as this is usually what contractors do, but they cleared them out and we’re totally honest not charging me a penny more! Luckily my eaves are in good shape. Thank you tip top for doing a good job, would trust only you guys from now on.

    Excellence in Eavestrough Inspection and Maintenance

    Having experienced last year ice damming on our roof and subsequent leakage into our house, we requested Tip Top to inspect our eavestroughs. Their response was quick and they conducted a thorough inspection. They identified deficiencies in the trough system and made clear recommendations for improvements which we are implementing now. Their professional and courteous approach used to conduct their work with us made this entire experience a very positive one.

    Eaves repair and replacement

    Tip Top Trough and their team were fantastic! We needed our entire eaves system replaced and Tip Top Through provided a quick and competitive estimate. Even during their busy season, Tip Top Through came to complete the work within a few weeks of providing the estimate. They were on time, professional and everything was completed in one day. Ally was a great help with coordinating everything. Thank you Tip Top Through for your wonderful service! I would certainly recommend this company!
