    Eavestrough cleaning and leaf guard install

    I contacted the company after finding them on Homestars. Myriam was really friendly, helpful and responded quickly. The team came around and cleaned the eavestrough and installed the leaf guard. They hadn't brought enough to complete the job but took care of it quickly thereafter. The staff / team are very pleasant to deal with and based on my experience, I would recommend them.

    Cleaning eavestroughs

    I found this service on Homestars from their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. The service was organized by email with Myriam which suited me because I'm not easy to get hold of by phone during the day and I was away on vacation too. This part was seamless. The cleaning process was excellent, friendly and efficient. The service people gave me a report which was very useful and they told me what they could fix in the future and where I could get the other service I needed. I was impressed that they inspected the whole roof. I would definitely use Tip Top again.

    Quick work and awesome job!

    I called to get a quote for trough cleaning! They did the job thoroughly and for a low cost!! I was expecting quite a wait to get job done, but was surprised at how quickly they came and did the job! They thoroughly cleaned the area as well!

    Fast, efficient, professional

    This company quickly diagnosed and solved a problem that was allowing raccoons to nest in the attic. They installed a drip edge and voila, no more beasts. I ca t recommend them highly enough.

    Great Service

    Tip Top Trough was great to work with. I had emailed them to ask for a quote which I received just several hours later. They were incredibly quick to respond to additional questions. Once the quote was approved they came and provided the service within a week. We were very happy with the the service (cleaning) that we received. They cleaned up after themselves and let everything has it had been prior to the service. A work order was left to inform us that the job had been completed, what all was performed and any recommendations for required work. I will definitely be recommending this company to others as we were very pleased with the speed and quality of service we received.

    Repair and install of eavestrough system

    Moved into a house and discovered leaks throughout the eavestrough system. TipTop crew came out to access the condition and reported that the install was done incorrectly and made recommendations to fix. The crew returned to do the necessary work - all leaks resolved, re sloping done and new downspout installed - all were done with attention to detail and quality - very happy with the end result. During the process, worked with Myriam to address the work to be done and the pricing involved - friendly and a great pleasure to work with. Appreciate the fast service and excellent communication throughout - I wasn't home when the work was done, so I got phone calls from Myriam to address the work crew's concerns and recommendations and she made sure I was clear and satisfied with the work details. Definitely, a 'Tip Top' company.....I would not hesitate to call upon them again and refer them to others.

    Eavestrough Cleaning and inspection

    We contacted Myriam of Tip Top Trough, as we needed our eavestroughs cleaned and inspected. They were very good to work with, came on the arranged date, and did an excellent job. Very happy with their service and communication.

    Tip Top Trough Understands Importance Of Consumer Relations!

    Dealing with this company is pleasant, office staff very helpful. On day of cleaning, I returned home and was not satisfied with the cleanup from the job. Lets be clear here: it was NOT a DISASTER. It was a minor nuisance. But, as the owner would tell me the following business day, it should have appeared as if his company had never been there. I called office and crew returned to clean. I felt satisfied that they had returned. The following day, the owner of the company called me. It was clear that he was not pleased with what had occurred. It was clear that he valued my business and also the Home Stars rating system. This is important, as what is the point of using Home Stars if the rating does not reflect the company. After speaking with him, I felt that he was sincere in his apology and follow up. I think in this day and age, many companies would not follow up in this manner. That is being a responsible company that understands the importance of excellence.

    Eaves cleaning

    I hired TTT to clean my eavestroughs and have been pleased with the job they did. Nate's crew worked cleanly, quickly and efficiently and were friendly and solicitous. I asked for a small extra job in the same price and they promptly obliged. Recommended.

    Eavestrough cleaning

    Access to most of the eavestrough in my home is very difficult; impossible by ladder from the ground. I spoke to a number of other companies before Tip Top, and after looking at Google street view, the others weren't willing to take on the job. Myriam at Tip Top was very friendly, and after consulting with her people, said they would take on the job despite the difficulty. They arrived at the house and enthusiastically found a great solution (unlike most other contractors who, when seeing a difficult site condition, will grumpily and reluctantly try to solve the problem, and often ask for extra payment). Tip Top delivered the job at the original agreed price, and did a fantastic cleanup job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!
