    Move Downspout

    I had a very small job and given that most contractors are refusing to take on small jobs, I thought I'd be at a loss to find one willing to move my downspout for me. I'm so thankful to Pierce and his team. Their customer service was excellent. They were happy to communicate with me via email. There was no long wait for responses -- they usually got back to me within a couple of days. Their team were very friendly and quiet and they cleaned up the work site so well that I would never have known they were there had I not been home. I would not only recommend them to everyone I'm close to, I plan to use them again myself.

    Eavestrough Cleaning

    We realized the house we recently purchased had a blocked up eavestrough and rain was pouring down next to the house from a single point. I looked up Tip Top Trough on Homestars. They were very responsive and must say am impressed with their service and professionalism. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

    Eavestrough replacement

    We were very pleased with the quality of work of Tip Top Trough. We needed our entire eavestroughs replaced. They worked very quickly and were timely. We were happy with the result and would recommend them to others looking for similar work

    Downspout Replacement

    Our old downspout was leaking at various sections and we contracted Tip Top Trough to replace the entire section. We gave a good review at this site before. Here are the Before and After pictures

    Cleaning

    From estimate to work completion - the experience was seamless, professional, efficient and incredibly easy. Myriam was so responsive and fully educated me on what the service entailed - she was also in contact when her crew was working on my house. Her crew was professional, very kind and told me everything I needed to know during the cleaning. I will hire them every year going forward - AMAZING service! Thanks guys, talk soon!

    Eavedrough Cleaning

    They did an excellent job. They fixed and readhered my eaves as part of the service. Their service teams were friendly and helpful. I will definitely hire them next year.

    Eavestrough cleaning and repair

    I needed to have my eavestrough cleaned and repaired, so I needed to find a professional and reliable company to complete the work. I read the reviews for Tip Top Trough, and was impressed by the many people who have used their services. I was not disappointed. Once I contacted Tip Top Trough on the phone, I spoke to a person right away, and within a couple of days I received a detailed quote. I needed to have a small hole on the corner of my eveastrough repaired, as there was a water leak coming down from the roof, and I needed my entire eavestrough cleaned. Once date was scheduled, the workers came to my house when they said hey would, and repaired the small hole and cleaned the eavestrough professionally. Upon completion I asked them to send me photos via email of the before and after of my eavestrough, and definitely noticed a big improvement. As I knew I had some issues with roof`s shingles, I asked if they could take some pictures of my roof, and they did, confirming what I thought. I would recommend Tip Top Trough to anyone who needs any cleaning of repair of their home`s eavestrough. A pleasure to work with.

    Eavestrough Cleaning

    Great job. We've had a blocked up eavestrough for some time. I looked up Tip Top Trough on Homestars and was impressed by the 5 star rating. It was so easy they came and did the job while I was at work and thanks to this great weather of late it's already been tested! Perfect no more water pouring out. Thanks!

    Minor Repair to Eavestrough

    I used Tip Top Trough's website to send them an email requesting service. I had previously tried to email/ call a few different companies, but either not received a response from them, or got an initial response, but never an actual quote or appointment time. Tip Top Trough contacted me quickly and sent me a quote for a minor repair (fix and clean an elbow joint that was leaking significantly during heavier rains). They had a lead time of a few weeks, but contacted me the day before they came. They came on time and did the work well. The actual people who came were young and not much of talkers- I never did get their names- but did the work quickly and efficiently. I would use them again for eavestrough work.

    Cleaning Eavestrough

    Our eavestrough was not cleaned in some time and had been overflowing in certain areas. The Tip Top team came and did the job with great efficiency and good quality. The team was friendly and professional. Myriam was easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I would bring them back in the future without any reservation.
