    Had all eavestrough replaced. Excellent service. Great crew. Did the work in one day. Extremely tidy.

    Excellent!

    Timely responses and reasonable prices. Got to work right away and had our eavestroughs replaced before the winter hit. Team finished everything in just a couple days, even coming in on the weekend to wrap up.

    Heating Cable Installation

    Excellent service from the very first call. I received a fast and accurate estimate for the cost, the office scheduled the work quickly, and the crew showed up exactly on time and did an exceptional job (they even did some extra work that i wasn't expecting which is really going above and beyond). You don't often get this type of service, attention to detail and pride of workmanship these days. I could not be happier and would not hesitate to use Tip Top Trough again or recommend to a friend. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

    Victorian mansion facelift

    I have been using Tip Top Trough for the past 12 years to service all of the Aluminim for my buildings. From cleanings, to maintenance to full scale installation projects. This last job, which included the installation of facia, soffits, gutters and downspouts proved to be challenging because of the height and location being on a major street in the heart of the city of Toronto . Pierce assured me that it could be done. The back office support was phenomenal and the job was completed beyond my expectations both from a workmanship and timing point of view. My building just appreciated by tens of thousands of dollars!!

    Eaves replacement

    The Tip Top office was fantastic to work with. My job wasnt totally straight forward due to an existing renovation and they worked with me patiently to figure out exactly how to get to job done right. They were responsive, professional and honest. The crew was also efficient and friendly. Love that they even did a detailed clean up around the property after the work was done!

    Gutter Cleaning, Minor Repair - Phenomenal Service

    The Tip Top team was incredible! Right from the beginning they were quick and courteous. They came out right away and gave me a quote and when the job was done they came in right on the quote. This was a over a month ago and still no issues. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

    Replaced Everything!

    We needed everything, eavestroughs, soffits, downspouts, facia, frieze board and leaf guards! We were nervous about the process, and new colour, as our home is older and we werent sure what they would find when the old system was removed or how it would look. The staff at Tip Top put our mind at ease with a quick quote, samples, suggestions and reassurance. The highly skilled crew arrived on time, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They completed the job in 2 days and left our property clean and free of any debris. I will be recommending Tip Top to all of my clients in the future! If I could give 100 stars I would! Our home has new life now! Thank you Tip Top!!

    The Kind of Customer Service You Wish All Your Projects Provided

    This was the second time we used Tip Top Trough. The first was in 2017 to install new eavestroughs. This time around, we wanted to install leaf guards on top. Pricing was fair, scheduling was easy and within about a week, they were on site. It was the two installers that made me want to write this review. They were just kind, professional individuals who genuinely seemed to care. They were polite and took their time to chat about the installation project. They even went out of their way to identify and spray a bees nest behind some roof shingles. Something they most definitely did not need to do. Little things like this make a huge difference. I am very happy with result! I would highly recommend Tip Top Trough to anyone!

    Excellent company

    Great service on all level. The office staff who answered all questions, the owner who visited our house and consulted on price and provided samples of great quality on new eaves and troughs, flexible installation time, the installers who were polite and tidy and follow up on the completed job . Highly recommend this company .
