Pierce provided an estimate to me within 48 hours of completing his assessment. Within a week, Mersad and his crew came out and did an amazing job. They moved downspouts to better location than I previously had which made them work better. They also test all their work to confirm drainage was bang on. Project was completed within the day and my house looks amazing and is being drained properly. Thank you Tip Top!

35 year old eaves leaked at corners and slumped at front porch constant dripping with large icicles in winter. Checked with 3 companies all good but selected TTT for competitive price and extra downspout. Impressed with crew leader who knew what he was doing and very satisfied with final product. Responsive company. It's nice that it's a small, locally run company rather than one of the bigger companies where you may not get the a chance to deal with the owner.

I had used Tip Top Trough in the past for cleaning my eavestrough and rebuilding an old section that was damaged. When I had damage caused by ice damming, I didn't hesitate to email Pierce about my problem. He responded right away and promised to get out to inspect the problem, offer a solution/quote and get the work done in a timely manner. He promised certain timelines and hit the target for each one. He completed the work in the bitter cold and took a picture of the work from the vantage point of his ladder. I would not hesitate to use him again and refer his services to family and friends.

Pierce was great to work with. Initially we thought the scope of the work was minor, but he discovered that the problems were worse than we had initially thought. He was very good at explaining what needed doing and sent photos of the damage (I am the off site property manager for my sister who lives out of the country). He was also able to recommend a roofer to repair and replace the flat roof.

I had a first rate experience with Tip Top Trough. I had problem that was causing my house to flood and that meant I had to get help right away. From the very first call, I knew Pierce was going to look after my problem, that day, and he did. That, to me, is the true measure. He answers the phone, he problem solves, and he comes when he says he's coming. I had some downspout disconnecting and re-routing to do, and Tip Top looked after it all in a timely manner. Their quote was reasonable and they charged what they quoted. No surprises. Other than that, they're just friendly and professional. I recommend Tip Top Trough without hesitation.

Pierce from Tip Top came recommended through a friend and through my diligence, here on Homestars. After I gave an explanation of the problem, he gave me a quote and stuck to the price. He was punctual, knew his trade, and was easy to speak with. Out of respect for my last installer, I'll keep him nameless, but I had this exact problem worked on this time last year during that balmy winter we had and the work was utter crap. In October I began noticing one by one all the corners starting to leak again. Low and behold, the contractor changed his phone number and left me stranded. Not knowing what a good job looked like at the time, Pierce explained why the last guy didn't do a good job and what he was doing to ensure the longevity of his work. Would I use him again? Well, I sure hope not to have to!!!... but having such a professional like that in my home again would be no trouble at all. Thanks Pierce.

Pierce is great to deal with, and his crew are professional, quick and friendly. Fixed my roof leak immediately and cleared ice build-up in my eavestrough. Fair cost and little interference with my time. Would totally recommend.
