Had TTT take a look at our eavestroughs after speaking with a few other companies. We haven't had the eavestroughs cleaned since moving in. The crew arrived on time and were friendly and kept us up to date as to how the job was going. The eavestroughs were cleaned, downspouts re-attached and leaks sealed. The office staff were very responsive to both phone calls and e-mails. A quote to replace the entire system was provided as an alternative to sealing the leaks. The entire process was seamless. Would use TTT again.

Our eavestroughs were overflowing regularly so we needed both a thorough cleaning (it's been several years!) and a detailed inspection. Tip Top were super to deal with - both the office staff and the crew that came out to the house were friendly, polite, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We very pleased and will use Tip Top regularly from now on. Tip Top Trough did a thorough inspection and provided estimates to repair the problems (which would last a couple of years) and to do a full replacement, including adding leaf guards (which would last much longer). We opted for the full replacement. The crew who came and worked on our house for the 2-day project were excellent! Vargas, Daniel and a third fellow whose name I didn't get were all very hardworking, diligent, professional and polite. Vargas was also very patient and polite when I asked what must have seemed like dumb questions. I was very impressed with the care they took both to measure and double-check all the numerous weird angles of our house, and their diligence in cleaning up. I have already recommended Tip Top to my next-door neighbour. I should also mention that dealing with Ally, Amanda and Shantal in the Tip Top office was a very pleasant experience. They are all very professional, well-organized and lovely to work with.

I was very satisfied with the work and service provided by Tip Top. I have many flower gardens by my house and garage. I was concerned that there would be a big mess since my eaves were quite full. The crew cleaned the eaves with minimal mess and before they left cleaned up any debris along the house and garage. The crew was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Tip Top for eave maintenance.

We have an older house that needed full replacement of eavestroughs, soffits, etc. It's a large job and was a hot day, they worked efficiently and our neighbours all commented on how polite and professional they were. The house looks polished and most importantly we're not worried about the next rain storms or getting a massive cleaning done after the leaves fall. Costs were clearly agreed to before any work was done.

I contacted TTT looking for a quote to repair and re-slope a section of our eavestrough as well as a cleaning. Their office was pleasant to deal with and provided a detailed quote that included a description of the proposed work along with and itemized cost breakdown. It was great to see such transparency from a contractor in this regard. At the time, the city was going through a period of heavy rains, so it did take about 3 weeks before a crew could finally come to site - understandable. The crew they sent were friendly, professional, and communicated with us through the whole process. Great work TTT!

A small bungalow in upper beaches: needed eaves trough, soffit and facia replaced and downspout moved. Excellent work and cleanup provided by friendly Tip Top staff. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Tip Top Trough.

Gustavo and his partner did an excellent job and tested the new downspout after installation. They were thorough, attentive and cleaned up the work was complete. I would definitely recommend them.

While there was a breakdown in communication between the office and myself, that doesn't take away from the work that was completed - which this review is based on. The onsite team were very pleasant, and respected my property. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, and love the recommended colour.
