Excellent communication, Ara responded quickly and thoroughly to all my questions. He showed up on time, was friendly, and easy to work with. He efficiently installed my new kitchen faucet, installed shut off valves, and fixed a leaky utility faucet. I recommend him highly.

Called Ara and scheduled a faucet replacement with the tenant. Very professional and the job was done fast. Would recommend to anyone who needs a plumbing job in Mississauga and its vicinity.

I called Ara to repair a toilet which needed a new flapper and fill valve. I also needed to have my hot water cartridge changed for my shower. Ara replied quickly to my call and we scheduled a day for him to come out to my home. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. He worked diligently and efficiently. I would strongly recommend CSI Plumbing and will use them again for future plumbing jobs.

I called Ara to replace a worn out cartridge in my shower and replace my bathroom sink drain. Despite the fact that these were very small jobs, Ara took my call and booked a time to come see the jobs right away. He was very professional, personable and ensured that the jobs were done quickly and correctly. All work was checked for leaks prior to him leaving and I was also told that should there by chance be a problem he would come back and fix it immediately. Ara was also willing to teach me a little bit about what he was doing and answered any questions I had about the job in case I ever wanted to attempt to tackle a similar project in the future. I have used CSI's services in the past and am a return customer. I have no problem recommending their services and would also encourage others to use their services should they be required.

Ara is a true professional. He promptly came to my home after I called him to see what I wanted to have done. I had a few small plumbing jobs (installing a garden hose bib and shut off, installing a compression valve for my fridge and re-routing some plumbing in the basement). His rates are very competitive and I found that he was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my questions. His work was well done and I was pleased with the final product and his professionalism. Ara is highly recommended and I will be passing his card around to those in need of the services CSI provides.

Mr. Ara Der-Garabedian was introduced to us for some home renovation work (new bathroom, new facets, etc). We found Ara to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable Plumbers we have had the good fortune to come across. He arrived one the day and time he said he would and got started on the work right away - very dependable! His work is impeccable; he cleans up and is very respectful of your home. Fantastic job Ara! Based on Homestar reviews, I also called Ara to obtain a quote to install a waste disposal unit under our kitchen sinks, hired him immediately and very pleased I did! He is a professional in every sense of the word, knowledgeable, thorough, does not cut corners and his workmanship is outstanding. My Wife appreciated the fact that he cleans up after himself. I have no hesitation in recommending him. His price is fair and and the job was completed for the price quoted despite the fact that he had to do some re-working of the drain pipes before the unit would fit and operate properly.

We had never had an occassion to require the services of a plumbing professional until a leak was discovered in the stuffoff tap on the water meter. We called Ara based on a review by Homestar. He co-ordinated his visit with The City and fixed our problem in a timely and efficient manner. We would highly recommend his services for any plumbing needs.

I have been blessed to have Ara do plumbing repairs for over ten years in the two homes that my wife and I have owned. Always courteous and professional, Ara completes the jobs in timely fashion for a very fair price. Now that Ara is qualified to perform natural gas installations, we look forward to purchasing a gas stove and having Ara do the gas line installation and hook up. Ara's the best!
