Great service. My persistent leak has now gone away. Thanks city wide for doing such a quick and thorough job, i should of done it years ago. The office staff was very accommodating to my needs and allowed me to pay in 4 installments. Great people who know their business.

I am a general contractor and have subcontracted many waterproofing companies before. This was the first time using The City Wide Group. After this project, I am guaranteed to use them for all of my work going forward! The great service started with their estimator Jeff. He was very professional and was very thorough at assessing the water issue. After receiving the quote and accepting, Jeff scheduled the crew very quickly. I have worked with many trades before and I must say, the crew, run by George, that completed this project was by far one of the most professional and amazing crews I've worked with! They were fast and the quality of was was unbelievable. They always kept the site clean and safe. I am very happy with everyone from the company. The best experience I've had with subcontractors.

I called City Wide to work on the foundation for my parents' home in Toronto. The house is approx. 100 years old and had leaking and dampness in the basement. Tony and his crew did a very thorough job of digging up around the entire perimeter of the house, applying several layers of waterproofing materials, and filling in holes and gaps in the concrete above the foundation. The workers were punctual and the cost was more than reasonable given the amount of work that was done. The entire job took more than a week, and the driveway was re-asphalted after the ground had time to settle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE PROPERLY!

Professionals at their finest: My experience from my first inquiry to final payment was nothing but professional. The office staff is very helpful and kind and the work crew delivered a dirty job with white glove level of service. I am totally amazed with city wide and would recommend them to anyone!

We had a severe foundation problem on our 70 yr old home and been putting off repairing our leak for several years. We called about 3 reputable companies for quotes. Only City Wide Group stood out and was clear when they explained the process on how they would repair and waterproof our foundation. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after they were done. The work also comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty. We have been dry since job was done last month. I will recommend City wide to my friends and family.

I never got satisfied since day 1 of their work. Did not follow what was written in the contract for the French drain. It took them more than 3 months to complete the job last year and now the months ago I reported the French drain pipe went down as the grading wasnt properly installed plus the black membrane separated from the blue membrane. Called them a few months and said they will schedule to fix. This guy Gordon went and see and promised he will come back to finish but did'nt come and did'nt even bother to call after leaving them a message. I chose this company seeing good reviews but I don't know now if this testimonials are true! Hopong they will read this review and contact me as soon as possible to get rhis done. I lost 2 summer of backyard planning!

I had a leaky basement wall waterproofed a couple of months ago, and it came through last Monday's deluge with not a single drop getting through.Thanks for a good job guys!

City Wide has done a tremendous job in waterproofing our basement. Chris and his team of professionals did an amazing job waterproofing our basement. The team did both the exterior and interior waterproofing of our basement and the result has been absolutely amazing. Before we would get water seeping into our basement after heavy rain, after the waterproofing we have withstood even the most heavy downpours in Toronto without any water in our basement. City Wide is a great choice for any waterproofing project. Thank you Chris & team for a great job!

Just wanted to pass along that once again, we had great service from your team. Starting with Chris Cavan, he listened, understood that we were under a very tight deadline, and brought in a crew in very short order, that were excellent. They were respectful, pleasant and extremely efficient. They limited the dust as much as possible and left the house free of all debris. And the best thing - when we had the torrential downpour 10 days later - we were totally dry. Your company was recommended to us back in 2010 for a different job. We were very satisfied with the results then as well. We will not hesitate to recommend your company in the future.

The City Wide Group did a great job waterproofing our basement! The crew they sent to complete the work was very hardworking and they knew what they were doing which was reassuring. There was no downtime and clean up was great! Very professional!
