The City Wide Team performed the waterproofing project exactly as advertised. The crew was and thorough and no corners were cut. Neighbouring properties were respected and the site was restored to a pre-project state. I would not hesitate to recommend The City Wide Group Inc. to friends, family and other aquaitances.

We had some water seeping into our basement during a snow melt. Harry from City Wide came over and gave us an estimate to correct the issue. My husband and I felt confident with him and his company, so we had them come in the following week. Joe and his crew showed up on time, and did a very clean job in the cold weather. They put back our interlocking stones, and left our property just as it was prior to starting. Overall I give them a 10/10 and do not have a single complaint. -Julie

The estimate, project, completion on time and 20 yr warrantly was what we were looking for. Chris was very professional and responsive. The work was good. They also repaired all the shrubs and areas they needed to tear up to do the work

I had my house waterproofed by City Wide Group. We had several quotes, not being the highest or cheapest. We deceided to hire City Wide because of their professionalism. We feel we made the right choice, as they did a beautiful job.

They were professional, timely and made sure to clean up after the job was done. All questions were answered and they ensured I was kept up to date with the progress. 10/10!

This is the third time I have hired City Wide Group to waterproof on of my properties. I have never been let down by them, nor could I say anything to critisize them. I firt used them in 2006 on two properties in scarborough. They did a tidy job, and the basements have remained dry. I put my trust is in this company and will continu to use them, if I require their skills.

We had hired a contractor to waterproof our basement 5 years ago. We still had leaks after, and the contractor refused to fix it. We deceided to look elsewhere. We were impressed with CityWide Group. They did an excellent job and we have not noticed any water in the basement since. Thank you City Wide!

We recently hired The City Wide Group for interior waterproofing of most of our basement. Their quote was competitive with others, but they seemed to explain things better. Chris explained exactly what they were going to do so we could understand. Jacob, Mark, Andrew, Wesley and Calvin started right when expected and worked very hard all day on one of the hottest, most humid days this summer. They were courteous, friendly and answered all our questions throughout the process. They also cleaned up everything when they were finished. They didn’t even mind me taking pictures periodically for our references. They also returned a few days later to spray the walls with an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial cleanser to ensure no future problems with any mold or effervescence. Very thorough!! We highly recommend this company for their waterproofing and we have also hired them to rebuild our basement back to a liveable state after the waterproofing.
