I had originally from my sister, who hired them to lower her basement. I decided to contact them to estimate my waterproofing problem. They showed up on time, and presented me with a reasonable quote so I gave them the go ahead. They were bookin approx. 2 weeks out, and showed up on the date outlined in the contract and commenced work the same morning. I can not say one single bad thing about the company or the work they had completed. They tarped over everything, kept me informed as to what they were doing, and stored their tools neatly every night. At the end of the job they did an excellent clean up and I have not had any water in my basement since.

They were professional, responsible, trustworthy and reasonable. They got the job done very fast with their crew and were very competent. Top-grade materials were used and no corners were cut. Excellent job with clean-up and restoration. They were fabulous overall and I am thrilled to have found them!

Our 80+ yr old house had water coming in through the basment and a chimney that was about to collapse. Harry and Chris from City Wide Group came by and explained what needed to be done. We had such confidence in them we didn't even bother with another estimate! The workers were polite, professional, tidy and tireless. They were on schedule and done in no time at all. I was experiencing a very leaky basement in my 80 year old home. Chris from CityWide Group arranged to come over and assess the situation. He was very helpful in explaining what may be causing the leak and what action was necessary to correct it. The estimate was within range of a couple other quotes I had gathered, so I have him the green light to start. The crew arrived a week later, on time, as promised. Let me tell you, I have NEVER seen men work so hard and restless like the crew they had sent over. They were so clean, that they would tarp over everything at the end of each day and neatly store their tools in the back yard. Once the job was complete, my interlocking driveway looked better then before they had started. My basement has not leaked since and it has been over a month since completion. Thank-you CityWide for your services, I will gladly recommend you to all my friends and family.

We had a rather complicated leak in our basement due to fact that the basement wall was a composite of poured concrete and concrete blocks. All waterproofing companies recommended an external dig down the weeping tile with delta+rubber coating. Although extremely professional in approach and timely in execution, it was by no means a "cheap" endeavor. Although, they do give a life-time warranty, getting them back to backfill "sunken soil" has been difficult.
