    Basement waterproofing

    We looked at many reviews and had several waterproofing companies come out before choosing City Wide to waterproof our basement. WORSE DECISION EVER. The job was delayed about 2 months from promised start date. Finally started last Fall and we are still not done. Weather was part of the reason but the job is not well done and communication with City Wide has been extremely frustrating. Our contact, Casey, who seemed responsive before we signed the contract, became very difficult to reach. We have left multiple text messages, calls often without response. For example, crew was supposed to come out today to 'finish' the job that was started last October (City Wide called last week to confirm this after many calls on our part to try to get job finished) and no one has shown up yet. Responsive from City Wide is they do not know and need to contact Casey. Cannot reach Casey by phone and text message not returned. Work was done poorly, for example, screws are falling off the wall (see pictures). Also due to soil piled onto fence it needed to be replaced (which was done by City Wide). Very disappointed in the experience and we did our homework to try to find the best company but clearly made the wrong choice. If we can get a refund we would and it was an expensive job! Would not recommend City Wide to anyone!

    A 1 The best!

    Efficient, courteous and fast. What more can I say? A1 workmanship! Several of my neighbours have asked for their name and contact info. I would have them back any time!

    A great Crew of hard workers

    I had a crew consisting of site supervisor Mario and crew Joseph Steve and kamel. They came to my house on Thursday June 6th did the job and left everything back the way it was. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this crew. Thank you for fixing my problem and leaving the area clean.

    Leakage from window well solved

    Great company to deal with. Very professional company. Alex was very quick to give us a quick detailed estimate that thoroughly laid out how the repair would be done. He was easy to get a hold of and as promised the work was done as per schedule. The excavation and repairs were done as per spec. in less than 2 days by very competent Vojtech and his assistant leaving the work site clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.     Foundation Repair and Sewer Pipe Replacement

    Foundation flooding in March combined with backed up sewer pipes under the basement floor made for a stressful situation for our family. Alex arrived with full disclosure of what was required and a worst case budget. His workers did the job in record time and everything was left tidy. Alex explained the process in detail and made sure we were comfortable with every step that was required. I fully recommend Alex and his group!! We spoke with other companies first that were just going to put a band-aid on the problem and charge more than City Wide did. Now we have a life-time warranty on the foundation work! Thanks Alex!!!!

    Waterproofing home

    My brother and I decided to renovate our parents 60+ year old home, and one of the things that needed to be done was waterproof the perimeter of the home which had never previously been addressed. I got three quotes, one of which was from City Wide Group. With City Wide group, I was contacted by the project manager, Alex, and we set up a time to meet. Alex was extremely courteous, and professional, as he explained what the costs would be, and the differences between how City Wide waterproofs your home, and how other companies do the job (and not in a way to disparage the other company), but to explain why City Wide uses the products that they use (eg the blueskin). I was impressed by that. As it turns out City Wide had the most competitive price. Alex explained what would happen next, re when to expect the work crew, and how long it would take, and to call him if there were any issues. There were zero surprises as the crew came when expected, and did a great job waterproofing the entire perimeter of the house in 3 working days. They were fast, efficient, and left the job site as clean as when they started. Even the neighbours were impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend City Wide Group to families and friends. They are very professional, and do a great job at a fair price. I don't know what else you could ask! Thank you City Wide Group. Much appreciated.

    City Wide Waterproofing

    City Wide Group Inc did a stellar job in waterproofing my house. When there was a ongoing issue with one area of the veranda both Mario & Steve returned & did an excellent job in rectifying said ongoing water leak. They were very attentive & professional in both finding the source of the leak & fully rectifying it. Highly recommended crew & company. Thank you City Wide Group Inc. & a huge thank you to Mario & Steve for taking their time in solving the issue & going the extra mile. Greatly appreciated. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

    Waterproofing

    City Wide Group saved our basement from flooding. They’re professional, true to their word, and most important, they do it right. Now I don’t worry when a strong rain hits. Thank you Alex for the good advice and for giving me peace of mind. Highly recommended.

    basement waterproofing from the outside

    we had a big leak in our basement- Alex and his team came and waterproofed the outside of our home all in one day! They came back a few weeks later when it had settled and cleaned up the backyard! Alex was great, responsive and true to his word! We also got a lifetime warranty!
