Zenic insulation was punctual and did a great job. I requested top up of cellulose in the attic to R60. Mr. Zenic inspected and found severe deficiencies in some areas. He practically emptied his truck to fill my attic, but still came in at the estimated cost. Was upfront with not needing extra baffles and allowed me to inspect afterwards for level and make sure soffit vents were clear. Two days later it was cold enough to snow and the difference in comfort level in the house is tremendous. Very professional and took great care to cover the floors from entrance to attic with sweep clean afterwards. Thanks! Would highly recommend.

Zenic comes a 10 minute early at 8:50 am, so that is good. My attic has 10 year old R30 (~ 10" height), ~850 sq ft. I only called for 2 quotes. One from Kijiji for $700, and another is Zenic $800. I chosen Zenic due to near 10 star rating. He done a quick inspection and found everything good in my attic, so I'm not replacing any baffle, although that is free. The job is quick, clean, good. 2 person came, and Zenic is doing the work himself. No complain My gas (95% eff furnace) used to be $130/month in winter. Let's see how much it will be for this winter. Giving him 10 stars in this review. Next project will be replacing my double-layer single pane windows ----------------------- Update 2015-09-09 Comparing the cost saving after 1 winter and summer. There is near $0 net saving included the annual utility adjustment (inflation) for both gas and hydro electric combine. I am comparing Dec - Apr 2013 to 2015 for winter However, the upstair feel warmer in winter and don't need extra clothing. The furnace can warm it up sufficient enough while still keeping 38 yr old double sliding glass windows (no glass insulation). For 2015 summer, upstair still can't cool down at all with 30 C outdoor. It only maintain at 25 C, while main floor is 20 C. It is better than before doing the attic insulation topup. Certainly looking into replacing all windows, but not saving any money to spend in this project

This review is for a project done back in December 2013. I called Mr. Zenic for attic insulation during the winter holidays and he came by my house within a few days. He arrived on-time with a helper and finished the work quickly. The entire job including cleanup took a little under an hour. When all was finished, Mr. Zenic helped me into the attic for a final inspection. I would recommend Mr. Zenic to my family and friends. He was very polite, friendly and responsive to my calls. He also helped me out of a jam because I needed to get the extra insulation done ASAP (before year's end) to qualify for the energy saving incentive program.

Mr Zenic arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Set up very fast and in about 1 1/2 hour had attic topped up from about r25 to r50.. the clean up was great too. I will definitely recommend Zenic to anyone needing additional blown in insulation for their homes..

The folks from Zenic arrived on time and were quick, efficient and very tidy. The quote came in slightly lower than expected. They put drop cloths all the way from the front door to the attic access panel to keep my front hall and stairs clean. They draped plastic sheeting around the work site to keep dust out of the house too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to get their attic insulation topped up to R50. Great service!

Zdenek and Oliver came right on time, got set up quickly and did a great job! Took the attic from R25 to R50 in just over an hour. Great clean up, it was like they were never there. Both gentlemen were just that, gentlemen. A pleasure to have them in our home. Would recommend them in a second!

I decided to use this company because of the past favorable reviews of their work. They were all true and I recommend you don't look any farther if you want a professional job which is priced so that it recognizes the experience of the owner but is still reasonable.
