We are thrilled with our Spagna Vetro SV400-130 island range hood, purchased almost a year ago from Spagna Vetro (Euro) Range Hoods. Handsome and efficient, it has given our fourteen-year-old kitchen the facelift it badly needed, and increased the value of our property far beyond the initial investment cost of the appliance itself. A minor problem occurred recently, within three days of our warranty expiring. There was not a moment’s hesitation on Spagna Vetro’s part in delivering a replacement part, free of charge, the following day. Both their service and their product are exemplary. I looked at the reviews of many vent hoods and was disappointed at their ratings until I saw the www.KichenHoods.ca reviews all over the internet ( 99% positive). We were hesitate to purchase this item, site unseen and a brand that we were not very familiar with.We were redesigned our kitchen and switched out the appliances to stainless steel. As much as I like stainless steel I have always felt it was a bit too industrial looking, however I did not want to go with black or white appliances. The design is sleek of this hood is sophisticated and the glass gives the stainless steel a softer, less industrial look- exactly what we were looking for. The quality of this item is superb. I have had it for over two-years now and can say we have not had one (1) issue with it. The fan is strong with variable speeds, the lighting is very powerful as well. LED lights are very nice looking. The filters are easy to clean. Easy to operate. Ultra quiet on low. This was very easy to assemble and install for my husband. We highly recommend this item. We recently renovated our kitchen and came across KitchenHoods.ca while doing our research. As a company, I must say that they are top notch. A week after our kitchen renos was completed the display unit on the hood fan started acting up. I then contacted them and within the hour I got a callback from Vladimir (one of the partners). Luckily, Vladimir was in town setting up his Ontario store and arranged to come by the next day and bring a brand new display part for replacement. Vladimir also went to the extend of suggesting that the hood fan wasn't secured enough to the wall and offered to reinstall it for us. I have already pass his contacts to the contractors that I know. I would 110% recommend KitchenHoods.ca to anyone looking for a kitchen hood fan and don't forget to ask for Vladimir.

We have a Spagna Vetro 168 range hood which was installed four years ago. We recently began to experience some problems with the lights so I contacted kitchenhoods.ca to ask for if they could recommend an electrician for the repairs. To my surprise they took the time on the phone to investigate and fully understand the problem. Understanding that the repairs were straight-forward, they recommended that I repair the unit myself and explained how to do it. To my greater surprise, they provided the replacement part at no cost and made special arrangements for its pick-up. Their staff were courteous, professional and of great assistance. Luckily I lived near the kitchenhoods.ca showroom and was able to see the actual products. The showroom is small but their products were neatly laid out and I was able to touch and inspect the hood fan that I was interested in. The service guys were really friendly, patient and knowledgeable about all of their products. I ended up upgrading to a higher model since I was able to see the actual hood fan. The Spagna Vetro hood fans are great quality and you can't beat the price. Highly recommend kitchenhoods.ca

As a kitchen designer, I have recommended this company for hoods for many with budget in mind. Everyone has only had great things to say about the service or product they received.

There was delivery issues due to Fedex ground that does not provide notice ahead of delivery.Kitchen hoods customer service is not the greatest. The guy on the phone was totally unfriendly and unhelpful. Will possibly not use them again.

Ordering our kitchen hood fan from Val was easy. Online website had all the info from sizing, CFM, and a great zoom-in feature to see all the details up close. Installation was a breeze, and we'd recommend him to friends.

I needed a powerful rangehood as I do a lot of pan frying and steaming. Kitchenhoods.ca was easy to navigate to find the exact hood I wanted with many different search criteria. All the specs were easily found and ordering online was easy. The rangehood is powerful and rather quiet, and priced very well for its quality. I would highly recommend their brand of rangehoods if you're needing a replacement.
