    Garage door repair

    Fabulous company. I decided to use this company from review of others in Home star and I am absolutely happy. They are great team to work with-quick, reliable, honest, knowledgeable, personable. 100% recommend from the simplest job to the most difficult. Thank you for a job well done.

    Garage Door Repair

    Markham Garage Doors was the installer for my garage doors. I have also used them twice for garage door repair/maintenance. They came within 24 hours after calling both times. I would describe the service received every time as prompt, competent, and professional. I would not consider using any one else.

    Two Single Garage Door - replacement

    Markham Garage Doors was a great shopping experience. I removed two single garage doors made of old heavy wood, replaced them with light steel insulated doors from Clopay. Added two LiftMasters. They were polite and did not pressure me into a sale, kept me to update given the busy season. Install was fast and efficient. Installer explained procedure and demostrated well.

    Replacement of Garage Doors

    Markham Garage Doors were our "Local go to repair service", for our old garage doors. They were always quick to respond & complete any repairs promptly. Hence, when we decided to do a full replacement, without a doubt, we chose Markham Garage Doors again. It was a delight to meet Chris, who was very knowledgeable, upfront with all the information. He provided us with a quote and gave us plenty of time to consider it, without any sales pressure. The doors were delivered on schedule, as promised. The installation & clean-up was completed in a well organized and efficient manner. Our new garage doors look good. And when the capping is completed, we are sure it is going to look superb.     Exceptional service. I'd give them 12 stars out of 10 if I could

    Based on reviews found on HomeStars, we reached out to Markham Garage Doors for a quote on a full replacement on both the garage door and opener. The quote was fast (same-day), was priced reasonably, and compared well against other quotes. We worked with Kevin, who I cannot say nicer things about. He was quick to respond to questions, clearly very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make the ordering process easy. His estimate for a delivery date (which of course is dependent on the door manufacturer) ended up being perfectly accurate. Once the door arrived from the manufacturer, Theresa helped us book the first-available timeslot. A few days later, an earlier service date became available, so Theresa offered that to us if we wanted it. (We absolutely did!) On the day of the install, the installers showed up perfectly on time and did a fantastic job of installing. They were courteous, and happy to answer all of our questions. We couldn't really have asked for much more! Note: in addition to the door, we got the aluminum capping done around it. Based on the result, we highly recommend it - it really makes the door visually pop so much more! All in all, this really was a 12 out of 10. Markham Garage Doors are clearly pros that know what they're doing. Another bonus was that working with Kevin and Theresa was consistently great from start to finish. We recommend them 100%.

    New Garage Door Installation

    Excellent service. We're happy with our new garage door. It was delivered on time as promised. Installation was fast and the quality of workmanship was good.     new garage door and opener

    Job: replacing 24-year-old door and opener. - The response to my initial email was prompt. - Communication was timely and clear. - Louis came to the house to measure and provide a quote. - It was easy to choose a door. Markham has a tool available through their web site that lets you take a photo of the front of your house and try out different doors and colours to see how they look. - Avery, the installer, was prompt, professional, and friendly. - The old garage door, track, and opener were removed and taken away. - Everything worked out as expected. - The entire experience was straightforward and easy.

    Garage door repair

    My garage door spring broke after approximately 30 years and Ernie from Markham Garage Doors came by and promptly installed a new shaft, drums , cables and spring. He was very professional on carrying out his work and made sure that the door was operating smoothly by lubricating the rollers and checking the free movement of the whole mechanism.

    Garage Door Replacement on a 75 Year Old Garage

    We reached out to Markham Garage regarding the replacement of our 75-year-old garage door. To our delight, they promptly scheduled a site visit and provided us with a reasonable quote, which also included capping, within a mere 8 hours. The order for the new garage door was placed immediately, and in just two and a half weeks, it was ready for installation. The installation itself took place only 5 days later. Throughout the entire process, we were amazed by the seamless and well-organized nature of the project. The level of professionalism demonstrated by Markham Garage was truly exceptional. It was undoubtedly one of the smoothest and most hassle-free minor construction projects we have ever encountered. We are extremely pleased with the exceptional and outstanding service we received.
