    Garage Door Opener Installation

    Another great experience with Markham Garage Doors. They installed a new garage door for me a few years ago and were great so when I needed a new opener, I called MGD. As previously, a price was given on my first conversation with Kevin. Install date arranged and Chris showed up right on time. Fast, friendly and efficient. A company that really understands customer service and takes pride in their work. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thanks again for a great experience!

    Old door needing major service

    I called Markham Garage Door to service a really old door on my house. They sent Ernie from the company. Let me tell you he had his work cut out for him with how bad a shape my door was in. He took the time to fully service the entire door and install my opener, and made it run like a new door. I was absolutely amazed at the effort he put in to make sure everything worked 100% and he took no shortcuts. I would definitely use this company again should I need service elsewhere.

    Professional and Courteous

    I needed the springs changed on my garage door this week. The initial person I called was friendly and...well a real human being. The person they sent was efficient, affable, and polite. I have had my springs changed before, in another house, and the experience was the opposite; the person was gruff and condescending. I wish I had known about this company the other time. I would recommend this company without reservation. If I ever need any more work done I will not hesitate to call this company again.

    excellent service, highly recommend !

    MY garage door was broken on Thursday and needed repairing. So, I called Markham Garage Doors Ltd in the morning and request their service. They were quick to respond and was able to send someone to repair my garage door on the same day!! The torsion spring and lift cables were replaced. Now the garage door is once again working perfectly. I find that the Markham Garage Doors Ltd is one of the few companies that truly care about their customers while delivering high quality of service.

    Garage Door Fix

    Garage door springs broke. This company was quick to respond and so got the job. They fixed the issue quickly and provided some helpful advice on care and maintenance. Friendly Service. No surprises. I would recommend this company.

    NO SURPRISES. That's our rule, and one other companies should adopt. There is nothing more frustrating then be quoted some ridiculously low number and then being surprised by an astonishingly high number when the work is complete. Simple call us give, us a great explanation of your issue, and we will quote you on the phone on what it costs to repair. If there is something else we see wrong or a potentially going to cause a problem we will point it out and it is your decision to repair or to leave it, the customer is always in total control.     Garage door won't open

    Got a new house and one of the garage door doesn't work. I thought the opener needs to be replaced and asked Markham Garage door to come over for a replacement. They came right on the appointment time and start inspecting my old garage door opener right away. And the technician found some wiring (or spring) issue. He said it was a quick fix (less than 5 min) and he even did a service on both of garage door opener! As a customer, a professional and honest company is hard to come across nowadays. They earn my trust and i will recommend them to anybody i know! Keep up with the good work!

    Garage track repair and inspection

    Cheap builder garage doors and right side was coming out of the track as it was opening. Didn't know what to do and worried for the safety of the family so I shut down the right side, went to home stars and found Markham Garage Doors. Read reviews and emailed them on a SUNDAY night. Received a response first thing Monday morning, they accommodated my availability on the same Wednesday. Ryan came by and It was fixed in 1 hour with a full overview of the doors and track. He gave me an HONEST opinion of the condition of my current doors and made me feel confident that they weren't as bad as I thought. Very professional, and clean work. Would highly recommend. Will call them when it's time to replace my doors.

I believe many people are concerned to call a service company to repair anything because they are worried they are going to spend all their time listening to sales pitches. In 90% of all our calls we can get your doors running better than new in less than 90 minutes and allow you the customer to have the time to research doors and purchase them when it is right for you.     Garage Door Fix

    Had a cable break while I was leaving for work, which left the door half way down and uneven. Called Markham Garage and talked to a very friendly and helpful individual who let me know when they could have someone come by to help. John arrived on time and was very helpful. He fixed the problem and made the door quieter than it was before. Very pleased!

    Garage Door wouldn't open

    I contacted Markham Garage Doors and they showed up the same day! The wire was off on one side of the door and both my garage doors were not sitting level. John was fabulous! He had everything fixed in no time and even fixed the shoddy workmanship from when the doors were originally put in by another company.

    Great service!

    I called this company after reading the reviews here. The technician called ahead and then came at the time he said he would. He fixed the problem quickly, and then made sure everything else was the way it should be (he had to release the spring a little because it was too tight). The price was about the same as other companies were charging. Door is now working well and the work didn't take very long at all. They got a star reduced because he did not have a credit card machine with him and had to write down my CC number (not the most secure way to take payment).
