They came to replace my garage door and my parents home. Both guys were on time and efficient. They did a great job! Very happy with their professionalism and work. I would highly recommended them to family and friends!

I had a great experience with them from the first phone call Chris listened to the nightmare I went thru with another garage door company he gave me advice over the phone asked me to email pictures the next day I got a response from him with suggestions to fix the problems the very same day I called to arrange a time Ernie from Markham doors came to my house within 20 mins and fixed all the mistakes that other company did. (He anticipated parts he had everything in his truck) he adjusted my existing garage opener at no charge even installed a new keypad to open my garage door he explained everything and made it work very smooth they were excellent!!!! Thank u guys Chris and Ernie. I definitely recommend this company very honest and professional

Garage cable snapped. Called Markham Garage Doors this morning and they arranged to send a technician over to repair the door. Very professional and courteous. Kudos for an excellent job and overall experience in dealing with Adam Thom (the technician) who not only repaired the door but also took the time to tune and lubricated the garage doors. Thank you for the great service.

I had a broken garage door cable. I contacted Markham Garage Doors. They got back to me quickly, arranged a convenient time, arrived when they said they would, repaired the garage door quickly, tuned up the other door and the charged me the price exactly as quoted. Wonderful job!

We had great service from Markham Garage Doors Ltd. on two separate occasions. Ryan replaced our noisy, old garage door opener with a quiet Liftmaster. More recently, Ernie came to install new cables because our old one snapped and the pins were rusted. He also repaired the bottom rubber guard without us even mentioning it. Both of these professionals were pleasant and informative, and we felt confident with their work. Nice people working in the office too. We could see that good customer service is important to this company. Thanks.

I left a message on Sunday and by Monday morning I got a call and was advised about my garage door being locked out and I had also lost my remote. A few minutes later I called for the work to be done and got a senior discount. Their technician Ernie arrived and did a thorough job. Not only is he is polite person and pleasant to talk but he will make you understand in simple term and his work is total perfection. In addition he will see everything is in good orderwhen the job is done. I will certainly call Markham garagedoor in future and refer them to my friends

I backed out of the garage when the door wasn't fully opened. The bottom panel was bent and the rollers came off the railing. We called Markham Garage Doors and they said we needed to replace the panel after they saw the photos we sent them. Adam was efficient and knowledgable. We are very happy with his service.

I received an excellent service from this company. They were prompt in answering the quote request and all my questions. They showed up in time and were very knowledgeable and professional. Replacement of the broken spring, as well as the cable replacement went smoothly. If needed, I would not hesitate to request their service again.

The original installation looked nice and people have complimented me on them. The installer was courteous and professional.. ...a pleasure to deal with. However i do have one serious issue with this company in that they don't stand behind their work. When the initial install was done there was a bulge in the framing around the garage door. Therefore, the weatherstripping attached to it by nails, warped and pulled away from the frame. They replaced the weatherstripping and it warped again so I notified them. They wanted me to pay to replace it saying the hot sun was warping it but it is obvious it is caused by the bulge in the frame it is attached to. Without that being fixed, there is no point in me paying to have this done because it will happen again. I would not recommend this company based on this.
