This is by far the best customer service I have received from a company. When I first called to inquire about a new door and asked for a quote, I was given a price over the phone and Kevin said he could come over to have a look in 30 minutes if I wanted. I asked if he could make it a bit later and he said no problem. Sure enough, Kevin showed up right on time, confirmed the price and gave me a quote in writing. He also did a temporary repair on my garage door at no charge before I had committed to purchasing the door from them. Later that day, I confirmed that we wanted to order the door. The door came in two days later and the installation date was scheduled. My installation was done this morning. Ryan arrived on time and immediately introduced himself. We had a quick chat and he went right to work. Within a couple of hours, my old door was gone and my new door was installed along with a new keypad. When he finished, Ryan cleaned up and swept the garage, went over everything he did and we settled up on the bill. This is the way every company should operate. At Markham Garage Doors, customer service is the top priority. They treated me like I was their most important customer and I have no doubt that every customer is treated this way. They answered all my questions and gave information openly and honestly. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the price I was quoted is the price that I paid. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I highly recommend Markham Garage Doors! They will be your first and last call! After you deal with them, you won't want to go anywhere else!

Our garage door opener decided it didn't want to open and close the garage anymore. After not being able to figure out what was wrong, I called Markham Garage Doors to see if they could have a look. I was able to get a service person, Brandon S., to come and have a look within 1 hour of my phone call. He was very professional and quick at diagnosing the issue (within 10 minutes). Our garage door opener was a Stanley, which hasn't been in business for a number of years so unfortunately there were no spare parts to replace the broken housing for the gears. Brandon did the full replacement of our opener, with a LiftMaster, within 1 hour and even gave me a few trouble shooting tips in case we run into any issues to save us from a minor service call in the future. We are very happy with the service and product installation and would not hesitate to call them again if we have garage door issues.

This review is long over due. We are extremely happy with the door and opener installed in November 2013. Kevin and Chris provided professional advice and service both before and after the installation. They also hooked us up with promotional accessories. Jared did a great job with the installation and Robert's work on the capping looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to refer Markham Garage doors. Thanks very much.

Great company !!! Brandon came out yesterday in 20cm of snow...fixed my garage door and installed a new Sears garage door opener. He was great to deal with, honest, and did a fantastic and quick job. I would use Markham again in a second !

One of my torsion springs on my garage door broke. Called and Ryan P. arrived in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly and answered all my questions. He did not mind me observing while he worked. Did the job in an efficient manner with great detail. Thanks again for the quality service.

Wow...amazing service! Jared and Brandon were right on time for the scheduled appointment. Such a refreshing change from the usual wait for service in a 4 hour window. They were knowledgeable, professional and kind enough to change a few extra light bulbs that were out (without being asked to do this). A rating of 10 is not enough!

Great company. Very attentive to our needs. Kevin had a broken spring replaced on our old door while we waited for our new door to be delivered. Ryan P. our new door installer did an excellent job. Professional, efficient and clean worker.

I called the company hoping for a same day appointment so technician responded by being at my house in the afteroon. They arrived and started working very efficiently with one staff doing the removal of the old gear and sprocket assembly and its replacement while the other loosening the chain. Ryan lubricated both garage doors and his colleague reset the torque and speed of the machine to ensure optimal working conditions. Now the door works like a charm. Reasonable pricing among other competitors. Courteous and efficient service!
