The spring on my garage door broke on Jan 29/14, but I had a Wayne Dalton spring. It was hard to find someone to replace this spring as it was not that common. Markham Garage Doors suggested to replace this set up with a more common spring. Made an appointment and Brandon came the next day. At my request, he even hustled over as I was going out and I wanted to make sure the job was done before I left. He even came over about 25 mins earlier than he said he could! I was told that it would take 2-2.5 hrs for the work but Brandon did it in 1 hr 15 mins! Brandon was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job. I was very happy with their service. Should I have problems with the garage door in the future, I know who I will be calling.

Ryan did a good job on my new townhouse's garage door opener. friendly & efficient.It is not a easy job consider he has to work on a cold day & on a concrete surface.

I would like to thank Ryan who braved the cold of the Arctic Vortex to fit a new garage door for me. Out went the original one piece door and in went a nice new white insulated door (Clopay 9200 R17.5). He did a great job and cleaned up too. I would recommend Markham Garage Door 100%

They provided honest and excellent advice about whether to fix or replace my opener. They were here in just a couple hours and identified other small repairs that needed to be done. Polite, personable, and professional.

I cannot ask for more. Everything was perfect. In general I am a very picky person. My new door was installed today and I am 100% satisfied. All people I dealt in their office or over the phone were nice and everything was explained properly plus options. Jared arrived on time and he did a very clean and organized work. I called Markham doors at 8 AM on Monday December 30th after the door was driven into the evening before. Kevin Chappel arrived 30 minutes later, bent the door into workable shape & fit the rollers back onto the tracks such that the opener is working again. We are very happy with the incredible service and have ordered a replacement door. No charge for the service, great price on the door. Called at 8, repaired & replacement ordered by 9:30, that's amazing service.

Garage door install done Fall of 2012. This company does a geat job, so much so that I recommended them to a neighbour who had MGD install a garage door and door opener. In my opinion, what really differentiates one company from the next is their "service". More specifically --- when you call them a year later will they address the issue(s), will they call you back, will they actually take care of the problem, etc. Well, last week I sent Chris (at MGD) an email with a a few pictures. The pictures clearly showed some issues with the capping (i.e.: two gaps started to appear). Not only did MGD reply to my email, they fixed the issue the very next day! Now that's great CUSTOMER SERVICE. (Let me state for the record, their capping job is like no other. They use no visible caulking which starts to look dull and terrible after a few years of weathering). I would highly recommend MGD if your looking for a new garage door!
