    Garage Door repair

    Moved into a house, garage door stopped working within days with newer opener and door. Over the phone they figured out it was a broken spring and prompt and professional repairman sent for same day repair. Would highly recommend!

    Fast service

    Small job replacing weatherstripping on bottom of garage door. We could have tackled but were concerned about possible complications with the track. Worried we would not find someone willing to come out for such a minor task. Markham Garage Doors had someone out within a couple of days and quickly had the job done. Happy!

    Awesome service

    I had the garage door spring and a cable replaced. The service was fast, high quality, professional and courteous! I hardly give reviews but this time is definitely an exception. Very tough to find employees such as Ernie who provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Kudos to Ernie and the company!

    Garage weather strip install

    New garage door openers

    My garage door openers finally expired last month after 45 years of excellent service. I had a recommendation for Markham Garage Doors and after getting a competitive quote, I booked Ernie for the job. He arrived on time and proceeded with the work. Due to the age of the old installation and the unusual configuration of the ceiling,, he encountered several challenges which he worked diligently to overcome. The final result was outstanding! Ernie went out of his way and spent extra time to achieve this result, which was extremely neat and tidy. All of the old equipment was removed and the garage left clean. I could not be happier with the total project and would recommend Markham and Rrnie to anyone.

    New Garage Door Opener

    This is a first for me so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am thrilled with the outcome. My garage door opener is wonderful. The person who installed it was on time, effecient, knowledgable and very professional. He even did extra work, like straighening the door itself. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

    Responsive and efficient!

    I wanted to get my garage door spring replaced, since my neighbor gave me a heads up that his broke and our garage doors were installed at the same time 10 years ago. Mine had been creaking loudly every time it opened & closed as well. I contacted Markham Garage Doors early in the morning, and Louis was able have Ryan to come and take a look at it the same morning! Ryan was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He determined the type of spring needed and once his teammate dropped one off, he replaced it within half an hour. He also inspected my cables which was still in good condition, and lubricated all the moving parts to ensure it's smooth operation. He showed me what parts to lubricate and what times of the year I should do it, in order to keep it in top condition. He was also able to sell me a bottle of lubricant spray as well. Excellent service from Markham Garage Doors from initial phone call, to the expert repair & maintenance work, and even the timely coordination between his teammate dropping off the part needed. They made it all painless and stress free. I wish all companies were this responsive and professional! I'm definitely going to call Markham Garage Doors for all my garage door needs and I highly recommend them!

    Honest, reliable service

    These guys are amazing. We had a minor panic in 2019 when our garage door would not open and once it did, it would slam down. Quite scary. Markham Garage Doors was recommended to us and they quickly came over and did a low cost fix and recommended we replace the door in a couple of years. The temporary fix lasted without issue but we took their advice and replaced the door in 2021. The ordering process was quite easy and they were very flexible with accommodating my preferred door opener from a third party. The actual installation was smooth, and very clean. No garbage was left behind and we were informed how to customize various options available. Highly recommended.

    Replaced garage door cables

    I noticed one of my cables on my garage door had snapped from years of corrosion. Didn't want to risk not being able to open the door, especially during the winter, so looked for quick service on Jan 20, 2021. I called Markham Garage Doors in the morning and they arranged to have somebody at my house early in the afternoon. I was so pleased that they arrived promptly, on time, and replaced the broken cable plus the other surviving cable. They also offered to replace the cables for my second garage door. I thought, "Sure, they're already here, why not?" Cables got replaced super quick, lubricated against corrosion damage, and I'm super pleased and confident that I won't need to worry about broken garage door cables for a long while.

    garage door repait

    We are so super pleased with Markham Garage Doors! They came within 3 hrs.of our call and Ryan was super efficient. He even replaced the other cable line which was rusted. We will certainly be using them for new doors soon!
