Absolutely dependable and personable. He goes out of his way to get the job done. He does not rip you off! He came back to my town even when he did not have to on the same day to get the job done.

My dryer had been very squeaky for the longest time. A co-worker suggested I use this site to find an appliance repairman, which is how I found Delroy. From the first point of contact, I knew I was in great hands. Delroy was reliable, very knowledgeable, showed integrity and was insistent upon my seeing what he was doing. He was fast, courteous and a true expert. I have added him to contact list and my co-worker has added him to hers as well, after receiving my review :) Thank you Delroy.

Our Kitchenaid fridge Stopped cooling. We called Delroy and he was able to come out right away. Delroy was very friendly and knowledgable about the products he works with. He confirmed the issue and gave us a couple of options and was very upfront about the fact that the fridge couldn't be repaired 100% and trying to do further would be just delaying the inevitable. We decided to cut our losses with just the service call fee. A new fridge is in order, Delroy was able to give some advice on which manufacturers to consider. An honest and friendly guy, we'd call him again if needed.

Delroy is a good guy for appliance work. He came over to put up my new Microwave and also cleaned out my dishwasher while he was here. Came on time, quick service, was clean, and very reasonably priced. The Microwave install is solid after a few months. 10/10.

Our refrigerator was not cooling and there was a lot of ice build-up in the freezer. Delroy came the same evening and diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. He was pleasant, professional and explained what he was doing the whole way through. He was very knowledgeable and came with a reasonable price and warranty, I definitely recommend his services.

I called Delroy and he was at our door an hour later, washer wouldn't spin so he checked the door lock first and it was broken. Fixed in 10 minutes and out the door again. Very efficient, reasonable and friendly, I highly recommend Delroy.

Delroy came on a Sunday morning to help me out, even though he was just getting over a cold. He fixed my oven and dryer, both of which were not generating heat. He also figured out why an element on my stove wasn't working, although I opted not to fix it. I'm so excited to have Delroy in my contact book. He's like a secret weapon — and a really nice guy, too.

Delroy was helpful on the phone and in person. He was patient in determining the problem and made sure it was fixed completely before leaving. We would use him again.

I first contacted Delroy last year when my tenant had a problem with the microwave and dishwasher based on the reviews in Homestars - despite a snowstorm, Delroy made the visit on a Sunday as soon as the snow was cleared; addressed the problem with the dishwasher and recommended we not spend the money to repair the microwave. When I replaced the microwave, Delroy installed it and when I later had a problem with the refridgerator he got the parts and repaired it right away. He may not be able to guarantee exactly when he'll be there but he's been completely dependable and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly.

Our fridge broke down in the middle of winter! We had to put some of our goods in a container outside to keep cool! Delroy's service was on time, quick, professional, and caring. His costs were reasonable - he knew how to spot the problem and was able to fix it right away! I'm glad to have called him.
