Delroy came over and fixed the fridge. He told me exactly what he was doing, showed me the inner workings of my fridge and what the problem was and how I could fix it myself! Excellent service! It was done quickly and he was very nice.

This guy is worth his weight in gold with the way appliances are made these days. Most repair companies charge $200 min designed to make you consider replacing your cheaply made 2 yr old appliance. Delroy can diagnose and fix for a very reasonable rate. He works through things trying to find most cost effective solution. If your relatively handy he will talk you through your repairs rather than make you spend your $. He answers the phone (maybe too much as he must have talked for 30 min during one repair - but he wasn't charging by hr...lol). I recommend to others!

Delroy came the day after I called him. He installed my dishwasher very quickly and professionally. He needed a different part, went out and bought it and came right back to complete the installation. I have already recommended him to friends and family!

Delrooy came out to Oakville for my son first time home and diagnosed a problem. He told me what part to get ($5.00) and explained to my son what to get. He also checked the other appliances and spoke of the pros and cons of High Efficiency washer...He could have taken us for a lot of money, but his integrity shown thru.

My fridge lost its' cool and we were on the verge of buying a new one when we noticed that the freezer was OK. I called Delroy and he came the same morning when I made the call. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out that the fridge was alright and the repair was minor. Very honest and dependable person as he does not have the part that was faulty and promised to come back the next day and he did. He had my fridge running on his 1st visit and I am very happy with his service. Will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to have their appliances fixed!

Maytag's certified service provider took 2 days to come, 40 minutes to diagnose, 3 days to order the part, would take another 5-7 days to get it. Delray came on time next morning with part, repaired in 20 minutes, cost less than half!

I used Delroy after reading Homestars reviews. I was installing a sub zero fridge, wolf stove, Sirius rangehood, Asko dishwasher. Delroy complete all installations with great care. He went above and beyond to make sure the range hood was installed properly and drove around the city looking for a solution to a low duct problem. He could not put up the duct cover for the range hood because it was short due to the position of the duct. I paid him for all work and he guaranteed me that he would come back to finish the job once I had a custom piece made for the duct cover...two months later, I called him and he showed back up to complete the installation. There are few contractors out there who would come back to finish a job after they have been paid in full! I highly recommend Delroy and he is very reasonably priced!

Though he came much later than expected, he was really worth waiting for. Delroy knows his appliances, diagnosed that my dishwasher does not need a new latch (as another repairman said) but simply needed to be leveled. He works quickly and is very pleasant and friendly. I recommend him highly.

Delroy was great. Came over quickly, friendly guy. Took apart a gas oven and cleaned it because I had no idea how to. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Great guy, very accommodating, highly recommended.

I had a fridge that I'd got from a friend that I'd been told was probably not worth repairing - a top-of-the-line Amana they were getting rid of during a reno... I read about Delroy on Homestars and decided to give him a try when the fridge in my tenant's apartment started having some water issues. Delroy looked at both fridges, fixed my tenant's in 10 minutes flat and then looked at the Amana. Had it fixed in 15 minutes for a charge of $180. He didn't even charge me for my tenant's fridge. I told him he is the super hero of appliance repair and that he deserves a cape and super hero boots. From now on Delroy will be my first call for all my appliance repair needs.
