We just want to thank Delroy for his efficient quick courteous reasonably priced complete and professional service. Not only did he fix the problem in one visit, he also repaired another minor matter which we had thought was not fixable. I would not hesitate to recommend Delroy. Thanks Delroy!

Called Delroy to fix my refrigerator and I managed to pay for getting it fixed without having it fixed! My freezer was intermittently leaving the contents thawing. * He came in on time - which accounts for the only good point I was able to give * Found that my freezer fan wasn't working .. proceeded to open the cover and the fan started up. Claimed that he had removed an obstruction (I have no way of corroborating that claim; but obviously given that I still had the problem I am doubtful) * I had water leaking from my ice dispenser especially when left on (it is supposed to auto-shutoff) and his solution was to either not make ice or to keep turning it on and off and that the alternative was more work - he never asked if I was willing to pay to get it fixed, just seemed disinterested. I may not know appliance repair, but that's like finding out that your garden sprinkler doesn't turn and being told that you might as well hold it and turn around or not use the sprinkler! * Left the place messy with everything left out and not quite moving the fridge back in place * Next morning I found that I had the same problem with the freezer .. so it wasn't fixed, obviously * Tried calling him NUMEROUS times .. no pickups or call backs. Finally went with someone else from HomeStars that did the job right.

I have a kitchenaid dishwasher that wasnt cleaning the top rack. Apparently a common problem. I called Delroy and he came within 2 hours of my call. Explained the issue, and showed me how to do it myself. Fixed the problem, and then confirmed it was working as expected. Highly recommended...

This is the second time I used Delroy to solve a problem with my fridge. On the first occasion, he fixed the problem within a few hours. On this occasion, I contacted him on a holiday weekend and he came a day later. This wasn't a problem because it wasn't an emergency. Delroy fixed the problem (moisture build-up in the freezer section). The cost seemed very reasonable.

I noticed my dryer was not producing heat when I would put clothes in the dryer and my clothes came out moist and cold. I have heard bad stories on how expensive laundry machine repairs were and this was my first time ever having to go down this path. I called up the Sears warranty and repair call center and they told me it would cost $81 for a repairman to just come out and investigate. Once the issue is determined, it would cost $19 for every 15 minutes it took to fix + costs for parts. They also told me that I would need to wait several days even weeks, to get an appointment. I went on HomeStars and saw really good feedback given to Delroy and his services. I gave him a call around 3:45p and explained what the issue was. He was able to arrive at my place around 7:45p on the SAME day and fixed the issue in approximately 20 minutes. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall a nice guy. I am super happy to have a working dryer again that didnt cost me several hundreds of dollars to fix. I will be definitely using his services in the future for any other appliance issues I may have. I had a broken washer which wouldn't drain, phoned Delroy and he came by that afternoon and had a look, then came by the next day with the part and fixed it. I now have clean clothes again. Lovely guy, pleasure to deal with.

When our old Amana dryer broke, we called Delroy. He was at our house within a couple of hours. He had a look and immediately knew what the problem was; he went out and got the necessary part and then came back the next day to fix it. The dryer has worked perfectly ever since! When we moved to a new house, we called Delroy again to install our new washer and dryer. He did a fabulous job. The best part is that Delroy is the nicest, most friendly guy you'll ever hope to meet. He was willing to come out on a Sunday to install our new laundry machines after the guys from The Brick delivered them. His prices are totally reasonable. Delroy's contact is in my phone forever; I recommend him to anyone I know who needs an appliance repaired!

Delroy was very professional and knowledgeable on his Appliances. He especially knows high end appliances like Wolf, Subzero, Boshe, etc. He worked very relaxed and very meticulously. I highly recommend him and the price is very RIGHT!

There was a leak in my washing machine. Delroy was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He gave me a choice of either doing the repair or showing me how to do it myself. I opted to do it myself, so he showed me how to change the leaking part and gave me the address for the parts store. I really appreciated his helpfulness!

On Friday evening our 5-year old Maytag electric clothes dryer developed a loud squealing noise when operating. I called Delroy on that night after finding his contact info and great rating on this site. He answered and promised to look into it first thing Sunday morning. He showed up on time, with all the required replacement parts, and fixed the dryer within 20 minutes. He provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. I have found my new appliance repairman.
