    Great home cleaning service

    I'd recommend New Century Maids. Scheduling and communication is great. The cleaners arrive promptly and do a thorough job. Response and processes post-COVID are very good. We love coming home on cleaning day. Found them on Home Stars

    Move-in Deep Cleaning

    The cleaning done by Grecia and Nadia was great! They were lovely, extremely courteous and caring. Made moving into our house much, much easier. I misunderstood a part about the billing process especially since its covid-19 season right now and the office is not fully staffed to comply with social distancing rules (as it should be) but it was very, very kindly and courteously resolved. I am extremely satisfied with both the cleaning and customer service I have received from new century maids and I am already talking on the phone with them about doing a separate detailed inside+outside window cleaning job so that just goes to show how well the company is operating even in these tough times to make a customer want to come back!

    Just simply amazing!

    After 20 years of using different cleaning services this company has been far my favourite! Just so happy! Great customer service. I love how they send reminders and just so easy to communicate with.

    Professional, Prompt and Courteous

    We are quite happy with the regular cleaning we receive from New Century. Grecia and Daniela are very thorough and efficient and we love having the house spic and span after they leave.

    Single Deep Clean for Move-Out of Condo

    A job well done. Everything was exactly as estimated and some more. I’m particular, the team managed to get rid of years old stains in the bathrooms that I had inherited when I had purchased the condo. The proof is in the pudding. I was able to get a tenant for my condo who was so excited about the property. I’m certain that the excellent cleaning job played a significant role with that. Thank you to Cathi and the rest of the team very much!

    Move in/Move out home ckeaning

    After having a terrible tenant removed I called for a Move in/out clean. The mess left by my tenant was disgusting. The house hadn't been cleaned at all in 14 months. I called New Century Maids and their cleaning prices were a great value and half of what their competitors were charging. I could not be more please with the work l they even went through the house with me after to ensure I was satisfied. I would 100% use them again!

    Great First Cleaning

    Great first cleaning. Very thorough and we are going to use New Century Maids for bi-weekly cleaning. On time and everything was as expected. Email notices were helpful and eTransfer payment very convenient. Highly recommended.

    Bi-weekly condo cleaning

    Have been having NCM cleaning my condo for around 5 years. Never had a problem, cleaners generally do a great job removing the generous coat of cat hair my cat diligently applies to everything we own, tidying up everything after me, and generally making the place look nicer than I could on my own. Isabelle and Cathy are very responsive at rescheduling things and keeping me informed of any changes. Already recommended to friends and would happily recommend again.

    Awesome cleaning company!

    I have had New Century Maids cleaning my house for 15 years now. I have never had a bad experience! They handle all of my requests promptly & professionally. If I have any concerns they are always dealt with in a day or two. The staff are polite & prompt. Communication with the company is excellent & I always come home to a sparkling house! Thank you New Century Maids for making my life so much easier!
