    Happy and cleab

    I just had a deep clean done and I’m overly happy. I thought I could clean my house on my own with two dogs three kids and trying to balance everything I let my house go. so I was overly impressed with how clean my house looked and felt after deep clean. I feel like there was enough attention to detail and will use this company again. Thanks!

    Outstanding Job on my Boss' Home!

    Was in dire need of a Cleaning for my Bosses Home prior to his wife arriving from the States. New Century Maids did a most outstanding job, very thorough. (Now I can keep my job :)

    Cleaning Services

    Great cleaning staff! Very professional. Came at scheduled time and did a great job. Their support staff were very friendly and helpful. Responded to our questions and concerns very quickly. Top notch service.

    Rooming House Cleaning Review

    I hired New Century Maids to clean the rooming house that I manage. They were excellent. The cleaners were very thorough and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and communication. Will definitely use their service again

    Thorough job

    Did what others failed to do. Pleased with the job-enough so that I plan to hire on a regular basis. Will schedule the next one and I’m sure I’ll continue to be pleased.

    House Cleaning Services

    Cathi and her staff have been keeping my home immaculate for the past 3 years. Communication and scheduling is absolutely amazing, including the cleaning service I receive. They are very professional, reliable and trustworthy. They take pride in their work. I highly recommend and have recommended New Century Maids to all my friends & family.

    Cleanup in the basement

    Initiated request with New Century Maids via company web site. Received response right the way and scheduled cleaning the next week. The maid arrived late with no advance warning but she did a very good clean up job within the time limit that they quoted. I would consider using them again.

    Condo move in cleaning

    I hired these guys for a condo cleaning before move in. Service was prompt and on time with very reasonable prices. Their customer service is excellent as I had a couple of areas that needed to be redone and they came back the next day to finish it. The only thing I have is that it would be best to know exactly what the services include so as to not have unmatched expectations. I would hire them again for my next project.

    Residential Cleaning

    I chose New Century Maids based on reviews and was not disappointed. They were the only cleaning company to respond to an email inquiry with a very transparent email with all my questions answered. Further to that, they followed up with a phone call to ensure I had no questions. Booking was very simple. The administrative team were great to deal with. The cleaning crew themselves were amazing. They were willing to walk through my house with me so I could point out key areas I wanted attention paid to. Their best work was done in the washrooms, but the house overall smelled and looked refreshed. No complaints. Will be using them again
