    Full house cleaning

    Great service, very responsive, easy to schedule, left the key for the team and came back to a clean house. We will use this service regularly and highly recommend new century maids!

    Service

    After years of considering a cleaning service, we found New Century Maids on line and gave them a try. We are really happy we did. The people in the office are very helpful in scheduling appointment times that work for everyone and the people who come to do the cleaning are LOVELY. We have a busy house with two working parents, three very active kids, a cat and a dog - so lots and lots of cleaning to do. The cleaning crew are even nice to our overfly friendly dog (which makes her day). We have only hired them for monthly cleanings but are also considering hiring them for a more intensive cleaning.

    Great Service

    I've used this service a few times now, and have never been disappointed! I would highly recommend this company for small jobs or big! They are extremely flexible and willing to accommodate your schedule.

    Great Cleaning and Customer Service

    I have been using this service for over a year now. The company is always looking for feedback to do things better. The cleaning crew is good, reliable and open to feedback as well.

    Home cleaning

    Very clean job with attention to detail. They were very prompt and efficient. Appt system was very good and they were always reacheable to ask questions or make comments. Reasonable price for service.

    bi weekly cleaning

    I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the cleaners and the amount of rigor of some the cleaners. I like that I can identify a cleaner(s) that I want on a consistent basis.

    Great Service all around

    I have been a client for couple of years now, always perfect, convenient and on time. Never had a problem, I would recommend them for anyone that want a peace of mind.

    Cleaning services

    Always a pleasure having New Century Maids clean my condo. Service has been consistent and they are always flexible with my schedule and my need to cancel at times. Customer service is helpful and thorough as is the cleaning team!

    Convenient

    I like that all the communications and transactions are done through the head office or online. Cathi and Zara are really helpful. I would have liked to see more consistency between the different crews. I would also have preferred that they are more gentle with things - but I think this depends on the crew. Otherwise, they do a decent job.

    Good cleaners; good communication; good company

    I recently used the company's cleaning services (4 man hours) and I was very satisfied with the company's services. The cleaners did an excellent job of cleaning my home and following the instructions I had left. The company did a great job of communicating the appointment time, as well as confirming the start and end time (as we were out of the house) and ensuring we were satisfied. I would recommend the company's services and use the company again.
