    Apartment clean

    Thank you New Century Maids for cleaning my apartment every time tenants leave. Your committed services make the apartment look new and fresh and when new tenants come they get very happy.

    Excellent customer service, inconsistent quality

    We had been using New Century Maids for two years, up until recently. Things started out wonderfully and our condo sparkled. Over the past year, things have gone downhill. The cleaners would neglect to dust under knick-knacks, toilets were not completely cleaned, floors were superficially cleaned (dirt and dust remained in the corners of rooms and under furniture). The team was very responsive when I called to complain, however, I was becoming frustrated with the decline in quality of cleaning so I have chosen to employ another company.

    Cleaning Service

    This is a very good company. They offer a great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the GTA and surrounding area.

    Homeboy cleaning

    The service provided was very good and me and my house mates are satisfied. They are cordial and friendly and the cleaning is of a very high standard. Thank you New Century Maids!

    Clean my home

    I hired New Century Maids to clean my home once, after I hosted colleagues to a party. Since then, I have taken advantage of their monthly cleanings and my home has always stayed clean. I recommended them to my neighbour and now same crew cleans my home and my neighbours home (of course they gave me a referral discount).

    Keeping my house ready for unexpected company!

    After a disastrous experience with another local company we were nervous about using another cleaning service. From my first call with New Century Maids I was immediately aware that this company was better! The communication and scheduling are excellent and the ladies who come to my house show genuine care for my family. The ladies stage my kids beds and leave them fun notes (and chocolate at Easter!). My kids are so excited about cleaning day, they even try and keep their rooms tidy! We couldn't be happier with the service!

    Excellent service from the top down

    Just wanted to take the time to share with HomeStars readers that from the first time I used New Century Maids to the most recent, I have experienced professional, courteous attention to detail, whether from the fine people at the NCM offices when booking, or via their email follow ups after a cleaning, or their friendly reminders of a new up and coming cleaning, to best of all, the actual cleaning services itself. It is particular handy to not have to shop for and purchase any of the cleaning products as the cleaners bring their own cleaning products and equipment, and the cleaning people are excellent, friendly and professional. It was a no-brainer to recommend their services to take care of my elderly father's condo and he too thoroughly appreciates the great jobs the the NCM cleaning people do. Thanks New Century Maids!!!

    House Cleaning

    I've been using New Century Maids to get my condo cleaned for the past 2-3 years now, and I think I found them from HomeStars so might as well come back to review them. They've been coming once a month for me, and generally send 2 people to clean my 1100ft unit (2 bed, 1.5 bath, 2 floors, carpeted stairs, full-size kitchen and living) in about 2 hours, for a total of $140. They've always done a great job tidying up (I tend to leave papers and books and random mess all over the place; they always leave the place looking organized and spotless), extracting copious amounts of cat hair from the upholstery, and getting everything nice and shiny. They even make sure to clean the unused downstairs bathroom every time. They don't always send the same cleaners, but everyone they've sent has been cheerful, efficient, mostly on-time and quick (I've rarely heard them taking personal calls or anything like that). And perhaps most important I've never had anything go missing, despite not being careful about leaving valuables unattended. It's also nice that they'll call to confirm appointments and make sure I know when to expect them. They've also generally been quite accommodating of schedule changes if I need an extra cleaning before an event, or need to reschedule on short notice. Also the cat seems to like most of the regulars.

    Cleaning Services

    I have used New Century Maids for years now. They are VERY thorough and accommodating to special requests as well as prompt timelines. I love coming home to the cleanliness of my home after a long work day! Highly recommend this company!!

    Office cleaning

    We contracted New Century Maids to handle cleaning for our small business. They provided a tailor-made package that was very cost effective. Now we have cleaning scheduled weekly and we have nothing to worry about.
