    House Cleaning

    Everyone at NCM was great and the communication was fantastic. We were asked our requested times and were prompted of arrival and leave times. Thanks to all at New Century Maids.

    Home Cleaning

    I've had an excellent experience with New Century Maids. Their service has been stellar in terms of quality, professionalism, reliability and speed. In addition to fantastic work from the cleaning staff (this includes cleaning a 1200 sq. ft. apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fairly messy cat), their customer service has been great and my entire experience with NCM has been a pleasure. Having had used multiple maid services over the past 2 years, I can honestly say they are the best. My apartment has never been cleaner!

    Regular house cleaning

    New Century Maids does a good job in cleaning houses. They are professional, efficient, and quick in getting the job done. One area of development is that they are too quick, meaning they come in and focus to get out asap. Yes, overall they do a good job but it would be nice to see some extra length coming from their way. For instance, noticing that some other areas in the house also need cleaning and offering their service. They only do what you tell them to do. Overall, good though.

    Happy to hear that your cleanings are efficient - we have priority cleanings where you tell us how much time you would like the crew to stay with a list of most important to least important areas to clean from top to bottom and they clean as much as possible in the given time frame - adding time to a cleaning is not a problem - if you wish to increase the time the crew spends at your home.     House cleaning

    Not only were New Century Maids able to accommodate a move out clean with short notice, they did a fantastic job!!!! I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks.

    Condo Cleaning

    We have used various cleaning services over the years to service our two condos - with varying degrees of satisfaction. New Century Maids are consistently thorough, careful and cheerful on evéy visit. They provide the same efficient and friendly staff on every visit which gives us the confidence of knowing that the quality of the work is, and will remain, high. Highly recomended!

    Partial home cleaning

    Estimate to clean the following was 3 hours: 1. master bath and bedroom 2. powder room 3. kitchen 4. living /dining room 5. family room 6. stairs both levels Maid said she was leaving 20 minutes early and that she was done and I would be charged full price. When I went over the list she had forgotten to clean the stairs. She stayed another 10 minutes to clean the steps and then left. Upon inspection, she did not vacuum the rugs in the house (there are not even any vacuum marks on it), did not clean cat hair off of the couch, powder room toilet not cleaned, soap dish not cleaned, stairs only partially cleaned, kitchen counter dirty, microwave dirty when it was clean when she started!, floors not cleaned by hand which is stated in their commitment, dining room not even touched, end tables etc. not moved to clean floor, bathtub partially cleaned... When I called to complain they said she needed more time. So why did she not stay when she had time left over? Why did she not mention this. She told me she was done 20 minutes early. I have stopped the payment for this lack of service. I asked for someone to come out and see what she had not done but they just insisted that maybe 6 hours was necessary.

    Hello Bev, We are sorry that you feel the cleaning that you received was not what you expected. We had advised that you should have a deep cleaning of your home which you had turned down. You asked for a priority cleaning for our minimum of 3 hours for one lady. Crew member arrived and saw that the condition of your home was poor – stating that there was a large amount of pet hair on all the furniture. There are 4 cats and that is a lot of hair to vacuum Our crews use commercial grade equipment and still could not vacuum all of the pet hair We had advised you that you would need to schedule a deeper cleaning with more time to do a better cleaning. The cleaning crew did her very best and worked hard to get things cleaned as best she could. Your list of priorities was extensive and vacuuming was at the end of the list – crew member cleaned as much as she could trying to clean as many areas of your home as possible. We wish you all the best

    Exceptionally reliable and meticulous service

    Been using New Century Maids for 5+ years, through 3 homes and at 2 cleanings/months New Century has been extremely reliable. From perfect scheduling and confirmation of upcoming appointments to crew that show up punctually. The crew has always done an excellent job and we haven't ever had to raise an issue on the quality of their service.

    House Cleaning Service

    My wife was reluctant about getting a cleaning company. However after I did some research we selected New Century Maids. The company is fantastic to work with and they have amazing team. When we get home after a long day, we come to a home that is cleaned with such care and love. Absolutely an amazing company and most importantly they are a trust worthy company.
