    Consistently awesome

    New Century cleans my apartment every 2 weeks and I'm always impressed by how thorough they are. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, dining room, floors...everything is always taken care of, and they even accommodate special requests within reason. My favourite day of the week is every 2nd Friday- coming home to an extra clean apartment, a sparkling bathroom, and a completely freshened bedroom. Even better, they don't stand pat- I get semi-regular calls or emails from them asking how the service is, and if there is anything in particular that can be improved. The one time I mentioned something minor, it was done, and has been done consistently since. Highly highly recommended!

    Spring Cleaning

    Overall works satisfactory, however cleaner was rushed as she was working some and sufficient time was not provided for employee to complete the job in its entirety. The result was one floor being incomplete.

    cleaning service

    Dependable & good work! Have used the service for the past couple of years and would be happy to recommend them to others. They always confirm the days they're coming and show up on time. Love coming home to a clean house!

    House cleaning

    The ladies did a fantastic job....will definately keep them! From the time I called I could tell that this service was geared to please the customer and that they DID!

    Great Job

    The team that came to our house the past 2 times was fast, efficient and very good. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

    Scheduled Cleaning Service

    The team at New Century Maids is always professional and courteous. They are flexible in working around my schedule and basically the service is seamless. I've been using their cleaning services for over a year and I am always impressed. I love coming home to a spotless home and the little things (like arranging the children's stuffed animals or the hanging towels) add a nice touch. It's just very easy and I appreciate having the extra time to focus on other things. I've never had an issue with the team and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quality cleaning services!

    Biweekly clean

    New Century Maids is professional and courteous. The office staff follow up and strive to gain feedback and then incorporate that. The clean staff are friendly and thorough, and are relatively quick and all for a reasonable price. I have recommended their services to my family and friends.

    Bi-weekly cleaning service

    Have been using new century maids bi-weekly for just over a month now. We're very happy with the service and attention to detail in cleaning. Thank you for making my life easier and for the sweet note left about our dog :) it's just to know she's in good hands when we're gone.

    Housekeeping

    I turned to get help after having had my second baby and needing to go back to work after my maternity leave. I'm so glad I did. It is great to know that I can spend time looking after and enjoying my family as well as accomplishing my other priorities without worrying about getting my house clean. New Century Maids is very accommodating to your needs. Every employee has been professional and my house is always left in great order. I have been a customer for 2 years. I am so thankful that I have found them.

    Home cleaning

    The timeliness of the cleaners is a major highlight for a busy family. So too is the responsiveness to specific needs and requests. We are highly satisfied, and we would book the cleaners more often were it more in our price range. Still, you pay for trust and reliability, and the quality of most of the cleaners on staff is exceptional.
