In your original estimate that was sent out via email it clearly states what is included in the cleaning which is reiterated in your written confirmation. Extras such as interior of dishwasher, fridge or oven have to be requested. You requested fridge and oven cleaning. You were given an estimate all depending on the condition of a home. The estimates are based on average condition. You say that one of your concerns was the paint on the floor – the crew did clean as much as they could – they do not use any kind of abrasives and did not want to scratch your floors. The same thing with the closet doors that you mention – they were pretty grimy and crew did their very best without damaging anything. The crew spent their entire shift at your home and another priority cleaning was scheduled for the next morning to address the fine details which the crew did not have time for . You indicated that this was a job well done. We wish you all the best.

Reply created 8 Mar 2017Hi Lynda, we would like to Thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your home for the past 3 years during which time you did not have any complaints and indicated that you were " overall happy" and the "ladies are really friendly". Your one complaint occurred in December 2016 . You indicated that the cleaning was not up to the usual standard and as requested we discounted the cleaning and changed your crew. We contacted you by phone and email for feedback on February 9 , the day of your last cleaning. You did not respond. Then two weeks later you indicated that the two pieces of your hand held shower spray came apart. We offered a solution, although it was over two weeks since the last cleaning at which you indicated that you were present. You refused this offer and asked to cancel services. We try our best to assure that all of our customers are satisfied with their cleaning and are sorry to see you go.
