    Post Construction Cleaning

    They did a great job with the post construction cleaning. The ladies were punctual and professional, and very quick. They got the job done in half the time that was quoted. I would recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning service.

    Brilliant Cleaning

    Such wonderful work by a crew that really takes pride in the work they do. New Century Maids is the best I can’t say enough. My home is always clean. I have a large home and need help keeping it clean. The ladies always get straight to work when they arrive and work very hard. It makes my life a whole lot easier and I now have time to do the things that I really like. They are very detail oriented, always polite and professional. I remember one incident where one of the ladies (Marie) had come to me with a necklace that I lost a while back – she had found it in the couch cushions – they are honest and I know that they get into areas of my home that need cleaning. I just love New Century Maids!

    Stress free service

    Just wanted to say a big thanks to New Century Maids for all of the great work that they do both office staff and the cleaning staff. I have been using New Century Maids for a few years now and am always in awe of the superb work that they do. They really do care about their clients; they call regularly to get feedback and how their crews work and if I have any suggestions on improvement, it makes me feel really good that my opinions are being looked into and used. I am stress free when I come home after a long day at work and can relax in a clean – dust free home. Many thanks NCM.

    Cleaning Services

    New Century sent a crew in to do a heavy cleaning on a condo that we were getting ready to list. They did an excellent and professional job, the place looked so good we almost didn't sell it! Highly recommended.

    House Cleanibg

    Called based on HomeStar rating. Just rec'd 1st time cleaning. Fantastic job, my condo is sparkling!!! In addition the staff is both professional and very friendly. Will be hiring them for my on-going bi-weekly cleaning. Highly reccomend this great team.

    Big Event Cleaning

    This year I was to host a family gathering, I was having family arrive from out of town. I took a look around my home and knew that I needed help getting it cleaned up before the big event. I had searched up many companies online and New Century Maids caught my eye – I read all of the reviews and decided to give them a call. It took just a few minutes for me to explain what I was looking for and when I needed the cleaning to take place. Cathy explained to me everything in a way that I could understand the process. Once the girls arrived – and they were punctual – they brought everything that they needed and got straight to work. When they left I walked through my home and was amazed how neat and tidy things were, they had organized many areas in my home which was a big help. I had paid extra because I wanted the best cleaning with all the works and NCM really did do everything that I was told and then some. When my guests arrived they were just amazed at how clean my home was and that I had the time to do everything as I have a very busy lifestyle. Thanks you New Century Maids for making my family event even better than I expected.

    Daycare cleaning

    I have a daycare business that I work out of my home and have many children that leave quite a mess after a full day. My colleague had given me the phone number of New Century Maids who clean her home on a regular basis and says that they are super great; she trusts them and has given NCM the keys to her home. I decided I would call and am so glad I did. From the moment I spoke to Cathi I had a gut feeling that everything would be fantastic and I wasn’t wrong. This company goes above and beyond customer service and cleaning. After a fabulous cleaning that the ladies did getting into all the crevices and areas of my home – especially where the children play and eat – I am just amazed at their work and the office staff is always very helpful in any problems that I may have about the dates or times of the cleanings, they are just simply wonderful.

    Quick and efficient cleaning

    Very quick, very efficient. I liked that the girls were knowledgeable and experienced they just started and didn't need to ask many questions. I liked that they brought all of their own cleaning supplies and tools. I was just working away on my own personal things while they worked and I didn't need to be interrupted for anything they are good at what they do. I had to leave the house early and they cleaned everything without compromising anything even though I had needed to cut the cleaning time 1.5 hours short of what was scheduled. They were very honest, they took a look at the place and told me they would be able to finish well ahead of when I needed to leave the house.

    Post reno cleaning

    Being a contractor I rely on cleaning companies to clean up after a renovation. I had tried many companies and the one that stands out is New Century Maids. When the ladies from NCM arrived with all of their equipment and supplies and got straight to work I was amazed how hard they worked, it was a big job and the home was extremely dusty. It was so very simple and hassle free to get the cleaning booked. I gave the office staff all the information about the home and the ladies there were very polite and answered all of my questions so I was not worried and knew that everything would be taken care of. They did an amazing job; my customer had remarked that their home was so clean that it did not look like a major reno job was done – aside from the improvements. NCM is now on my speed dial and I hire them to do all cleanings. Super courteous office staff and cleaning crews.

    Peace of Mind

    My family and I have hired New Century Maids to clean our elder Mother’s home. She cannot get around as well as she used to and needed help. Being very busy with a family of our own we could not always go to help her out. NCM does such a wonderful job cleaning our Mom’s home and they always make sure she is alright and ask her if there is anything more that they can help her with. It makes my life to much more stress free knowing that there is someone that keeps an eye out for her and keeps her home so clean. NCM goes above their duties and we are so very grateful. Thank you for all your work.
