    Me clean?

    I am one of those people that just hates to clean my home even though I do not like it to be dirty. I have tried many cleaning companies in the past and would say that New Century Maids comes in first in all categories. After a quick read on the reviews of New Century Maids I gave them a call. The lady on the phone (Cathy) was polite and answered all of my questions and had set me up with my first deep cleaning which would be needed to guarantee that everything would be up to par. After the maids have left I enter my suite and notice a fresh clean smell, all of the dusting has been done and my floors are spotless. The kitchen and bathroom are immaculate. Looks like I'm hooked on New Century Maids :)

    Simply Amazing

    I am just ecstatic on the cleaning that new Century Maids had done for me, I walked through my home and was amazed at the attention to details – I had walked around my house for three days enjoying the cleanliness and fresh smell. I run a small business from home and have clients come to my home for appointments. It is very important to have a clean working space as it reflects on my business. I am extremely happy with the effort put into cleaning my home by the cleaning staff; they are always friendly and pleasant and go straight to work. Kamila at the office is a great help when I need to rearrange my cleaning date because of unforeseen situations when I have appointments, I always get a call and an email to remind me of the upcoming cleaning which gives me time to check my schedule. Thank you NCM for all the great work.

    Realtor’s Dream

    I am a realtor in the GTA and cannot give more praise to New Century Maids. I had found the company doing and internet search. I was in a bind and needed a clients home to be cleaned immediately. The office staff was very helpful in setting up the cleaning for my client, it had to be a great cleaning as pictures were to be taken of their home and it would reflect the sale of their home – how the home looks is a big thing in the real estate market – a clean and fresh home always sells much faster. NCM sent one of their crews who did an outstanding job cleaning the home from top to bottom, even the photographer had mentioned how clean everything in the home was. I now hire NCM to clean my client’s entire home knowing that the job will be done to perfection. Many of these clients go on to hire New Century Maids for their move out cleanings as well as move in cleanings for their new homes. Hiring New Century Maids was the best thing to happen to me, homes are selling like hotcakes!!

    One time cleaning

    Horrible cleaning service done by new century maid. I made the mistake of not being there during the cleaning and paid in advance and came back to find the freezer completely untouched, fridge handle was still greasy, the floor was still so dirty to the point that my feet went black after walking on it barefooted. Very disappointed and will never hire again.

I remember speaking to you and you had mentioned that the freezer was not cleaned and a shelf in the den - when I asked if there was anything else you had stated that that was all and everything else was ok - we do have a 24 hour guarantee for all of our cleanings and would have sent the crew back to finish what was not done - as you had stated only the freezer and one shelf - you had mentioned that you had taken care of it.

    Back to school

    So that time of the year has come again – I had just moved into an apartment and needed help getting my new place really clean as the previous tenant had pets and I am allergic to pet dander. I was really busy getting everything all set for my new school year and just didn’t have the time. One of my buddies had told me that his Mom had set him up with New Century Maids who had cleaned his apartment just the other week so I gave them a call. It was so simple in a matter of minutes with no hassles I was set up with an appointment. Cleaning day came and when the cleaning crew left I was so overjoyed to see that my place looked spotless, it was sparkling and smelled wonderful, the ladies did an amazing job, inside my cabinets and top of them too, places that I would not even think of to clean. Next day they called for the feedback and even now, when I am traveling, we are staying in touch: setting my regular cleans. I will most definitely be telling everyone I know about New Century Maids. Love you guys!!

    Student's help

    I am a full time student and just cannot find the time to clean my apartment while studying and working. One day leaving my place I bumped into New Century Maids ladies who were there to clean a neighbour’s apartment. I decided to give them a call as I needed help badly; slowly my home began to smell. Kamila at the office was great – she explained everything to me – the entire process – from what I need to be cleaned to payment to the crews arrival and their lock out policy – she sent me an email with a link to their website to read over the terms and conditions – which I did. The team Magda and Maria arrived on time and ready to work – the timing of the teams arrival was something that had me worried as I had mentioned I am so very busy but the office had set up everything to a “T” When they left I looked over every corner and could not believe the great work and the apartment smelled so clean – everything just sparkled. I now have them come in every 2 weeks and am so happy every time they leave knowing that my home is clean and can pay more attention to my studies. New Century Maids is the BEST!!

    Real Estate clean

    A good friend of mine, who like me has been a realtor for many years, recommended New Century Maids cleaning services. I was told that their crews are very efficient, thorough, and professional. The real estate industry can be very demanding, which is why I only work with companies who provide a high standard of service.     Supr company

    New Century Maids has been doing our housecleaning for over 2 years. I feel lucky to be one of their regular clients after having experienced the inconsistent and inferior work of other cleaning companies. The ladies that come in are eager and enthusiastic about their work and it shows in every room and detail of my home when the work is done. And with the brilliant housework, and the crew are dog lovers who treat my dog like the prince he really is.

    Alergy

    We've tried so many other companies, we would always find dust bunnies hiding under our beds and the pet hair wasn't fully removed from our sofa cushions. Now the vacuuming is always done properly. We have allergies and the quality of air in our home has improved significantly. Thanks to New Century Maids!! Great job!

    Sparkling House

    My house looks so beautiful after New Century Maids have been here. It could be used in a fashion magazine. Everything is spotless and in place. The cleaning ladies are so cheerful and willing to do whatever I ask of them. I thank my lucky stars I found NCM.
