Todd and I had purchased a century home in the downtown Toronto area that needed some serious renovations. We purchased because of the location and did not realize all the problems a hundred year old home could reveal. Simply put, the house needed everything: a full gutting from foundation to roof truss. From wiring and plumbing through to straightening the main roof beam this house reallyn needed a new life. Andrew and his company tackled everything with promptness and professionalism. He made us aware of the latest materials and technologies (he installed a tankless water heater) yet was sensitive to the heritage of the home. Where appropriate he was able to expose the history of the house and use it as a source of design inspiration. I think that is what we were the most impressed with. Andrew was able to see beyond walls and joists and envision a more open harmonious living space. At every corner his ideas made it so easy for us to make our choices and to do so with excitement and confidence. Andrew possesses both the qualities of an artist and a craftsman. We are very proud of the way our home looks and our guests are always in awe of what we have done. His company also was able to tackle all this and remain well within our budget. We are very happy to give our high recommendation of North Bay Kitchen and Bath.

Andrew has done 2 projects for us. First Andrew and his crew renovated my old 60"s house to get it ready for sale.The work was done in a timely manner and on budget.The place was tidy during construction and that was great. Then we had Andrew build our bathrooms at a new house.We had a vague idea what we wanted and trusted Andrew enough to design the bathroom the best suit the house. It turn out just great. If there is another project, we are definitely calling Andrew and his crew.

We were very fortunate to have Andrew and his crew to do our basement and two bathroom renovations. As I was pregnant at the time the timing and budget was very critical for us. Andrew was very knowledgeable about how to design our space without compromising our needs and original plans. He always recommended better and more efficient ways to reach our goals. It was very exiting to discuss our plans with him and even as they changed he stayed very flexible and understanding. Now we have to match the rest of the house to our basement's standard,but we are very confident that we can call on Andrew to do the job!

Andrew and his crew were terrific. They were very timely in their work, very clean and the workmanship was first rate. I would use them again in my next home renovation project without hesitation. I highly recommend them for your project..OUTSTANDING!!!!

When we purchased a lovely parcel of land in Innerkip, the only negative was the large ugly steel barn/driving shed right at the front of the property. Andrew and his crew completed the job on time and in a very professional manner. We now had a lovely Dutch Blue barn as the first thing you saw when you came visiting.

We have had Andrew and his crew do several renovations for us and found their work to be exceptional. We all hear the horror stories about jobs gone wrong and prices that are way over the top of what we expected but this company always came in on time and budget. They were meticulous about the quality of the work they were doing and if there were changes required they adapted easily while still maintaining the integrity of the original job. Andrew is a fanatic about details and having the work he does reflect his good reputation and work ethic. It really shows. We would love to have shown you some pictures, but we have recently moved from the place where the work was done and look forward to having some work done here at our new place. My two houses needed complete renovations so that one could be sold and the other rented out. North Bay Kitchen and Bath did both on budget, on time and with no hassles. The work was superb and I would recommend North Bay Kitchen and Bath to any one who needs renovations.

In May, 2006, Andrew Hosie completely renovated both the kitchen and bathroom of our house in Ottawa, Ontario. This project consisted of removing all plumbing, cabinets, and fixtures in the bathroom, as well as the installation of ceramic wall and floor tiles, new bathtub, shower, and sinks. As part of the kitchen renovation, Andrew removed all cabinets and flooring before installing new plumbing, plumbing fixtures, and counter top. Andrew re-designed the kitchen in order to provide a more modern design and much needed space while using the existing kitchen cabinets. Mr. Hosie completed the entire renovation under budget and 4 days earlier than promised. The thorough workmanship and quality of materials did not have any deficiencies and required no further work. The entire jobsite was immaculate both during the renovation and at the completion. I would heartily recommend that you engage Mr. Andrew Hosie of North Bay Kitchen and Bath, for any kitchen or bath construction or renovations.
