    Kitchen faucet

    Awesome company. Excellent service would highly recommend Safari Plumbing. Work completed in a timely efficient fashion. tech. explained and showed us everything before during and after. very friendly and respectful of us and our home. Will have them for all our plumbing needs in the future. Anne McNeill

    Toilets repaired, replaced.

    We had Safari back to take care of 2 new problems with our toilets. One had an annoying leak that caused the water to run about 5 seconds every 10-15 minutes. Simply and quickly resolved. The water supply hose in the tank had been incorrectly located. Solved in 30 seconds! No charge! The second toilet required replacement after some mounting problems were found with the previous toilet.The toilet seat had a broken cap for one of the screws so they made a second isit to replace that seat with one that wasn't broken. All work done well and to our complete satisfaction.

    Basement Drain - backing-up sewage

    We discovered sewage backing up from our basement drain late on a Friday night. We called Safari Plumbing in the morning and they arrived when they said they would - in their fantastic safari-themed trucks no less! Dave and Terry quickly diagnosed a problem with our tree roots infiltrating the main pipe running to the street. They were able to use an auger and fix the mess quickly and with great humour! It was an expensive visit - approx. $900, but it was an emergency and they were very professional. We were relieved to discover that the tree belongs to the city and that the city will follow a regular root maintenance program to avoid this emergency in the future. We would call Safari again in a heartbeat and would fully endorse them to anybody! Thank you Safari!

    Various plumbing problems, running toilet, slow drains.

    We had a few minor plumbing problems, running toilet, constantly plugging toilet and slow drains. The gentleman that came was very professional, explained exactly what he was going to do. He also offered suggestions to help us avoid these problems in the future. We could not have been more pleased with the service and will gladly recommend them to other people.

    Various plumbing work

    I have dealt with Safari Plumbing for a long time. I have always found their service to be excellent. Every job is fully explained. I find the cost very reasonable and I know that I can count on an honest and completely professional job. All the employees take great care when they are in my home and they are a pleasure to deal with. I would never consider calling any other plumber.

    Leaking outdoor faucets.

    This is the second time Safari Plumbing has successfully helped me with plumbing problems. This time it was Bruce who was our contractor, very personable, friendly, respected our home and got it done right the first time. First he saw my veterans licence place and thanked me for being a serving. He didn't mind me hovering around watching what he did and asking questions. Although probably a small job, he took pride in getting it done right. With a thirty year old home, he went out of his way to find/make a faucet fit without cutting pipes, saving added expense. A follow-up from David Sparling at the head office was a nice touch to ensure a job well done. Thank you and you can be sure I will contact you in the future should I need a plumber and will highly recommend you to my friends and family. Footnote "a week later I called David concerned about another unrelated leak. Instead of a service call, he told me what to do over the phone...thank you again!

    Toilet replacement

    I was referred to Safari originally by a satisfied customer and was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the high level of service provided. Without a second thought, I retained this company again when I needed plumbing service. Once again, the job was done efficiently and professionally. I'm happy to recommend Safari - definitely the white-glove plumber :)

    Plumbing Repair, Furnace Room

    Very impressed from the minute they entered our home taking their work shoes off and rolling down a red carpet. (I guess we were getting the Red Carpet treatment!) Very helpful and courteous throughout the service call. The technician did not mind if I watched and asked questions as he was working, which was a great learning curve for me as I have never done any plumbing repairs by myself, only car and general home repairs! Work was completed professionally and I was even given the old piping that showed incorrect installation when the plumbing was installed during home building.I still have the old part! After completing the repairs, the technician sat down with me and explained everything including the contract we can purchase for easy terms! (First 30 months is free!) $7.95 a month plus taxes. The technician also gave us preventative plumbing problem tips such as closing the main water line valve when leaving the home for any extended period! He also suggested replacing the washing machine hoses with newer, up-to-date ones as the hoses on the machine now were over 15 years old. (Only good for 5-7 years!). We will always use this company for any of our future plumbing needs as they really showed they cared about us, our home and preventing any possible plumbing mishaps now and in the very foreseeable future! We will recommend them to all our friends, co-workers and family! Cheers!

    Shower Plumbing

    Once again Safari has come through with exceptional work and affordable pricing. Terry was very forthcoming with his recommendations for the shower kit and explained everything thoroughly. His professionalism and overall enthusiasm while working is proof of a man who really enjoys what he does for a living! The work was done quickly, cleanly and to a very high standard. Highly recommend Safari for all plumbing problems.

    Toilet and shower
