Fully explained what options were available and the cost in each case. A recurring problem(20 years) was cleaned up at a very reasonable price and the thoroughness and care taken is something to be proud of. Highest recommendations!

We were very pleased with Safari. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They didn't try to scare us by making up issues and then recommending expensive fixes. They also followed up to make sure we were happy and continue to send newsletters to us. We will definitely be using them again!

I searched online and the website hit all the high points for me. Certified plumbers, local, claims of tidiness, etc. And they hit the mark. The phone service was excellent, Bruce was polite and professional, and he knew his stuff. The fix was easy and there was no pressure for additional services. And followup was great too. I will use them again and recommend them.

I have always been tempted to try this company because of the high recommendations of a friend and also their very entertaining and interesting newsletters. I accepted Safari's offer of a Home Inspection as my home is older and I wanted the assurance that the plumbing situation was good except for a toilet which had been leaking water for two years on and off in spite of several people attempting to fix it. As expected, Bruce arrived on time, and after quickly donning the slippers and setting up the carpet to keep everything clean, proceeded systematically throughout the home - explaining patiently as we went along what needed to be checked and why. Some things could be upgraded in time such as the rental hot water tank and the troublesome toilet was quickly and easily diagnosed. It needed a new flushing valve and it was repaired in about 5 mins. What a relief after being irritated with it for such a long time. And to learn that my home did not have any glaring problems. I loved that he didn't try to sell me anything - there was never any sense of pressure to do anything - he just quietly explained some possibilities that might be done in time If I wanted to... as well I felt that he would not accept a situation that needed attention now. There was a sense of trust that was built up so quickly with Bruce that I decided to become a Member of The Diamond Club for about $8.00 a month and now I feel completely protected in the plumbing department. Following the visit, David Sparling called one evening to ask if I was satisfied with the visit. Wouldn't it be great to have this kind of relationship with other companies we must deal with? Roly.

When we needed to find a good plumber, our internet searches attracted us to Safari Plumbing. Reviews were very positive and we didn't mind paying a little more for the best service available. David Sparling of Safari did a fantastic job in diagnosing our problem and left our house cleaner than before they arrived. When they experienced a problem with the camera system, they had a back up in the truck ready to go. Their work was impeccable and they took the time to advise us on how to avoid plumbing issues in the future. We would use them again without hesitation. Great experience!

From my first phone call to Safari Plumbing I have been impressed with the professionalism of the proprietor David Sparling. The assessment of the plumbing in our newly purchased home, conducted by Terry, confirmed that Safari is a company that cares about the needs of their customers and listens to their concerns. Terry recently visited our home to install new primary and back-up pumps in the sump pit. His knowledge and skill were very evident, but also his patience in explaining the work to me was much appreciated. As a Diamond Club member, it's such a relief to know that Safari Plumbing is just a phone call away in an emergency!

We have used David Sparling of Safari Plumbing for nearly 10 years. Dave or Terry or Bruce have always been super prompt, done superb work and have never made a mess! They also installed a Basement "Washroom" for us. If you want the best then call Safari Plumbing - you can't go wrong.

I appreciate the consistently good service that I receive! It is refreshing not having to clean up after the work is done! The staff is very professional, and I appreciate the red carpet that is rolled out (literally) and the slippers that are worn over their shoes!

From scheduling the appointment to the completion of the work required this company does it right! We received a reminder call the day before the appointment then the morning of, an update on the arrival time, no need to wonder if they were going to show up. Then Terry rolled out a red carpet so as to not dirty our floor, booties over his shoes and laid a towel on the tub floor, this company really cares. I was extremely impressed and will recommend them to friends and family and if something else happens at home I will call them again.

This was a call to fix our toilet and water shutoff valve. The service was excellent. All aspects of the repair were explained clearly and the subsequent work was done fast and efficiently. The clean up and care to the house were great. We also received a credit for our past membership fees which were applied to our final invoice! Good job!
