I have 2 gas fireplaces that had never been serviced since purchasing our new home. One of them was not turning on and was quite dirty. Chaim was punctual and very informative. He was very open to any questions/concerns I raised and he managed to get the fireplace working and looking better than before. I recommend "Fireplace Experts" for anyone looking for quality and friendly service.

Needed service on gas fireplace and cleaning on second gas fireplace. Made an appointment. They came on time, were very friendly, fixed and cleaned the fireplaces. Did a great job and made no mess, Highly recommended.

I called them first and after calling other companies for price quotes I called Fireplace Experts back. It was my best choice! Chaim was my tech, he was courtesous and had excellent customer service. His knowledge of my fireplace was impeckable. He managed to start up my fireplace and run it better than when i had it installed 2 years back! I'm having Fireplace Experts service me every year without question!

Excellent service and work from Chaim whom I found here on Homestars. He quickly returned my first call - scheduled a service within 2 days and in less than a week we had essentially a new fireplace - cleaned and repaired from the gas valve to the remote.I appreciated his expertise and full explanation of the work. We are very happy and I am a picky consumer of services - 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Chaim and his business - Bryan
