    Valve replacement.

    This is the third time I have called Valentin with plumbing issues. I called on short notice and he came over to replace my valves quickly. His pricing is reasonable unlike bigger plumbers that overcharge. Honest pricing for honest good quality work. I would call him again without hesitation.

    Sewer Backup, Installation of Backwater Valve

    Having used Valentin's skills before, I called him when when sewage was found flowing over our basement floor. He responded immediately, isolated the source and gave us options. It was a long and complicated situation, but Valentin remained calm and systematically helped us through each step, from clearing the block, to replacing the entire line of pipe under our front lawn (including replacing the wye junction so well that city employees complimented his workmanship), and installing a backwater valve in our basement. He left everything clean and smooth after the necessary digging had been completed. I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism and workmanship of this company. Thank you Valentin!

    Clogged kitchen drain, broken bathtub faucet

    Valentin at Strong Plumbing lives by his name - he does strong work with heart. He replied quickly to my inquiry, showed up on time, did the work for less than the estimate. Two previous plumbers had been unable to clear the kitchen drain. They estimated messy work for hundreds of dollars. He did it simply for a fraction of the price. And he's smart. He asked us to email a photo of the faucet in advance to save us the cost of him making two visits.

    A main water shut off valve was fixed and a basement sink discharge pump installed

    Upstair shower drain repair

    Valentin of Strong Plumbing was quick to respond to my initial email contact and quick and tidy with the shower drain repair itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Strong Plumbing to a friend seeking the services of a professional plumber.

    Kitchen sink drain

    Having used this company before I had no hesitation in calling Valentin again for a new problem with a broken sink basket strainer that had rotted at the pipe union. He was able to fit us in the very next morning and swiftly assessed and fixed the issue. Valentin is pleasant; knowledgeable and professional, leaving the work area clean and functional. No wonder he is number one - he is with us. Thanks V.

    Backwater valve

    Valentin installed our backwater valve. He was very professional and helpful from the start. They installed everything in an efficient manner and I found the costs reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliably plumber and plan on calling them again!

    Plumbing

    Valentin came to evaluate my water pipe from the city. He was on time and an amazing guy. This is the third time I have used him and he is awesome

    Clogged drain, leaky toilet

    These guys are very professional and explained my problem and the possible ways it may need to be fixed. Luckily it was the best case scenario for the clogged bathtub and they just had to snake the drain. I also had a leaky toilet and so they took it out and replaced the wax seal and then put in back in. My wife was complaining about how slow the toilet was filling so they replaced some parts in the tank and now it seems as good as new!

    Blocked Drain

    Called early in the morning about a blocked drain and received a quick return call. Arrived in less than two hours and went right to work. Listened carefully to my description of the problem and quickly devised a plan. Snaked the drain with a camera and showed me the whole process as he did it. Fixed the immediate problem and offered sensible options for the long term solution. Very professional, patient, and not pushy. I am very pleased and will keep them on speed dial!
