My tenant called me about a pipe leaking under the kitchen sink. So I called Valentin and he was kind enough to meet me at the condo at a time that works well for me. It turns out the valve to the dishwasher is old, and the rubber is gone, and also the U-trap for the kitchen sink drain has completely calcified and is brittle to the touch. He replaced them both, and the workmanship is great. He also recommended me to change both of the main valves that comes into the kitchen, but since it would require shutting off the condo water main. I left this task to a later time.

I called Strong Plumbing based on reviews here. Valentin arrived at our house within an hour of me talking to him on the phone. The kitchen faucet had to be replaced after a strong pressure leak at the base. Very pleased with his professionalism. Wouldn't hesitate to call for his help in future.

We had Valentin fix a slow running drain and the temp regulator in a shower. He was absolutely punctual (unlike a previous plumber we tried who never showed for an appointment) and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The lever on my tub spout had become stiff and finally broken off--no showers. I called and Valentin just happened to be in my neighbourhood. The job was finished in less than 3 hours after my first call. He gave me an estimate with two possibilities and confirmed after removing the spout. He left my tub clean and working well. He also gave me some great suggestions for my sink drain and the best silicone to use around my tub. I have already referred him to a friend.

Had Valentin repair a pin hole leak in one of the pipes in our bathroom. Valentine inspected the area found the source of the leak and repaired it with no damage done. Very quick service. Happy with the work. Would highly recommend.

I first called Valentin to scope the pipes under my home with a camera. He returned my call within an hour and was able to perform the scoping the same day! Problems were identified and the very next day he replaced the drain in my laundry room. The quality of work was exceptional. Furthermore, considering the significant demolition and digging that was required I was impressed with the fact that there was little to no dust or mess. Also identified as a problem was a section of clay pipe that had become misaligned. Valentin repaired this with the same high quality of work. Prices are fair and estimates for work are accurate. We had a water pressure test from the city. Our pressure was 9L per minute. A typical household should be at 15L per minute. Thus, we needed our lead pipes that lead from our home to the city's water main. We had a quote and it was firm. They dug, broke concrete, installed new copper piping, drilled and sealed and voila, our water pressure was back to normal. They took great care of our garden and were done in 10 hours. One day turnaround was amazing. Thanks Valentin. Your team was great.

We called Valentin on Wednesday night to come out for Friday morning. He came on time and did a great job on our leaky garage and outside hose valves. Had him take a look at our kitchen sink to while he was there and he was able to determine why it was leaking. Great service and would recommend him!

I discovered water dripping from the ceiling under the shower on Sunday afternoon. Left a message for Strong Plumbing. Valentin returned my call within five minutes and came out the next morning. He quickly found the problem to be a leak in the wall behind the shower enclosure and explained the cause and the solution. He opened the back of the shower and made the necessary repairs and left the site clean and tidy, removing all the waste materials. I asked him about a couple of other plumbing issues. He told me how to fix one and suggested leaving the other until a bathroom update, all at no charge. I have already recommended Valentin to my friends and will definitely call him if I face another plumbing problem.
