I was renovating my basement laundry room and needed to have some water lines moved and get a new rough in for a laundry tub. Valentin was great with recommending how to proceed, he was able to temporarily run water lines for my washer while I put up some walls and came back to finish the job on a second visit. He responded quickly and did a great job I will definetely call him again for my plumbing needs.

Valentin is very professional, provided me with various options, finished the job quickly and is very affordable. My exterior water bib would not stop leaking so he replaced the entire faucet. No more leaks!

Valentin responded quickly to my appeal for install of pedestal sink. He provided estimate by phone and ultimately held to that figure. He took great care in his preparation on newly tiled surface. The install went perfectly. Finished to a polished lustre. Valentin takes great pride in his work. I recommend him highly for all your plumbing needs.

I called Strong Plumbing based on the reviews in Homestars. Valentin came over within a couple of days and fixed one leaking toilet. The other one needed to be replaced. After looking at several different toilets, Valentin helped me choose one, in the price range I wanted, delivered it and installed it the next day! He is honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Valentin and Strong Plumbing.

Our water pressure is lousy in our house so a friend recommended Valentin to come give an estimate for a lead pipe replacement. While he was here I decided to take advantage of his deal on scoping the pipes. Valentin encouraged us to come watch and explained everything we needed to know about drainage and water pipes (a steep learning curve for us) but he was extremely patient and friendly and answered all of our dumb questions with a smile. He stayed for over an hour even though we were only paying a small fee for the scope and getting an estimate. I hope he makes better money elsewhere because he really is excellent at his job! I am very pleased that we have found 'our plumber' and will be using Valentin for lead pipe replacement, toilet replacement and any other plumbing issues that come up in the future.

I needed someone to take out my old laundry sink and install a new sink/tub that I bought. The work also included replacing the pipes and valves that go into the washing machine. I was surprised to find that other plumbing companies did not provide a free estimate (they would charge to estimate). Valentin quickly provided a very detailed (free) estimate by email with the pictures that I took, and within 2 days he had the job done! He was very professional and kept the work area clean at all times. The job went exactly as estimated, and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend his work to everyone.

Valentin, you've restored my trust in contractors. He's about 30-40% cheaper than the "other guys". He's honest, fast, trustworthy, genuine... I could go on. I accidently gave him more money, after misinterpreting a quote and he quickly corrected me. I was fully prepared to pay him what I thought the quote was. WOW!!! A contractor not taking advantage of a customer? I think we found one. Valentin explained everything he was doing step by step. He even carefully crafted a solution for my garden taps so I'd never have to call a plumber again when those gaskets go and the tap needs to be replaced. I'm going to be refering all my friends to him. He's the real deal. VERY VERY impressed.

Moved into a new house and the toilet tank leaked into the bowl. Valentin was very quick to respond and professional and courteous and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend his service.

We woke up at 3 in the morning to a flooded basement due to a break in the washing machine hose. The shut off valve didn't work either so we couldn't stop the water. We called lots of plumbers but Valentine was the first to call back and provided great service. A very nice guy and came across as very honest and trustworthy. Will use him again!

We had a blocked drain that needed to be cleared. We contacted Valentin (Strong Plumbing) and he returned out call within a couple of hours and arranged to come and do the work within 1 day. He was friendly, efficient and fair. Not only did Mr. Valentin remove our toilet, clear the drain and replace the toilet, but he was also was very helpful in terms of pointing out certain toilet parts that were becoming worn or that might be nearing the end of their useful life. We liked that Mr. Valentin offered the information as a suggestion and didn't create any kind of pressure to do any additional work. He was great to deal with and we liked the work he did. We would definitely recommend him.
