Valentin was great to deal with. We have a sink that requires a pump to move the drain water back to the main drain. The old pump broke and Valentin came and installed the new one for us. He was very prompt, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a plumber.

He explained what he was doing every step of the way and made recommendations. His work was very professional and he threw in a few pieces of advice about the other washrooms in the house.

Valentin did an awesome job of replacing my old leaky toilet. I called on Wednesday and he came the next day and did a great job of replacing my old toilet. He was super friendly and very reliable as far as returning my calls. In fact the day of repair he called me ahead of time to let me know he was delayed a bit because of an unexpected problem and then arrived when he said he would . He also pointed me in the right direction as far as making the right toilet purchase. The one he recommended has a 5 year warranty and also a $60 rebate...it's very efficient and well designed. You can tell Valentin takes pride in his work because he enjoyed showing me the features of the toilet he was installing as well as offering some tips. And last but not least his price was much better than all the other plumbers I had called . I've already given out his phone number to a couple of friends who are looking for an excellent plumber . It's refreshing to hire a real pro who enjoys his work as opposed to someone who hates his work and does a mediocre job. I will definetly call him in the future when the need arises.

One part of my basement reno was to put in a bathroom. Valentin at Strong Plumbing did an amazing job. he ripped up the concrete floor and added new plumbing because i wanted to move all the fixtures around from the previous layout. he then worked seamlessly with other contractors to time everything properly and get the job done on my time line. he did the rough in after the flooring was redone, he did the final fixture hook-ups after the walls and tiles were done. he laid all of it out on paper with cost break downs for each stage of the work and there were NO cost increases. everything is great. i couldn't ask for a more responsible, trustworthy person to work with. i'd highly recommend him to anybody looking for a great plumber.

After reading great reviews on Homestars, I sent in email queries to a couple of providers. The same day I sent the email to Valentin I received an email (at night) and a phone call the next morning. We scheduled an appointment for the morning of the first business day after that call. He came early and not only did what I asked but also educated me on another looming problem which he then fixed on the spot. I would heartily recommend Valentin to anyone and know who I'm calling immediately if I ever have another plumbing problem !

I just had quartz kitchen counters installed in our North Yonge area condo and called Valentin to install our faucet and connect our new undermount sink. Valentin came right on time and worked efficiently to connect a problematic faucet I had bought, and to connect the sink to the drain while using high quality materials for replacing a section of drain pipe. He maintained a clean work area which I appreciated. I found him to be friendly and professional and would not hesitate to call him again. Thanks Valentin! - Peter

Valentin came in to install our new kitchen faucet and sink drain - on short notice: called him Saturday evening and he came Sunday morning. I appreciated the fact that he showed up 15mins early to do the job. He worked efficiently and offered many little tips about my plumbing and new faucet. I live in a condo so he was sure to use all copper piping in accordance with the building code (more expensive than plastic - but it's important to have someone who knows what they're doing when you live in a condo). His work comes with a 1 year warranty. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

I recently updated my kitchen with a new granite countertop, new sink and faucet. I live in a condo and didn't realize it was not easy to install a new faucet. Vanentin had to rebuild most of the plumbing under my sink. He gave me great advice and did a perfect job installing my new kitchen faucet. Valentin was also kind enough to seal my new granite countertop at the end of the counter so that it would not crack (something the granite installer should have done. Valentin always arrive on time, does a perfect job and has reasonable prices.

An occasional leak in our upstairs toilet waste pipe required a plumber sourced from HomeStars. This plumber first tried an "economy" repair and when that didn't work, told us what would, and at a reasonable price. He was fast and tidy and we haven't seen a drop of water where it shouldn't have been in the five weeks since the repair was completed. His attitude was helpful and creative, and he gave us options. We would hire him again.

On Saturday morning we woke up with no cold water in our upstairs bathroom. We called a number of plumbers on HomeStars and Valentin was the only one who picked up the phone. He asked a number of good questions, determined our problem and promised to arrive within the hour, as time is of the essence when dealing with frozen pipes. He arrived on time, he was very tidy and considerate, and while our pipes defrosted, he assisted us with some additional minor plumbing problems we had in our house, all at no extra charge (since he was there waiting for the pipes anyway). He also diagnosed and repaired a problem with our shower that we had not even picked up on. Valentin checked and re-checked his work when he had finished to ensure that the job was done properly, and offered us valuable tips to avoid a similar problem in the future. We were very impressed by Valentin's thoroughness and professionalism and would unhesitatingly recommend him to others and hire him again.
