I had problem with tap for my humidifier for some time. During last service technician advised to replace it with shut off type. I waited till season will end but tube started leaking and I had to call for help. I was pleased that I can text about my problem and sent picture of it. He gave me estimation and scheduled the appointment when it was convenient for me. Valentine came ontime. Replaced old tap for my humidifier from hot water pipe to cold one very fast and without any mess. I was very happy with result. Next time if I need help I will just text and I’m sure he can help me. Thank You so much for your reliability.

It is the second time we contract Valentin and I am always impressed with his knowledge and patience. Valentin always takes the time to explain what the problem is and how to prevent the same situation to reoccur in the future. We called him because the water flow in the kitchen suddenly became very weak and we couldn't wash the dishes or use the dishwasher anymore. I sent pictures of the water valves to Valentin and he was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. The rubber parts in the valves were broken and they had travelled down the lines, thus blocking the stream of water. Valentin managed to retrieve the rubber parts from the lines and to replace the shutoffs with better ones (without rubber). His work was very clean and he was very careful not to leave a mess. We would definitely call him again for another job!

Valentin did a wonderful job replacing our outdoor water line with a new indoor line and exterior faucet. He showed up on time and worked quickly and profesionaly. He was careful to secure the area to keep it clean and safe. While he was here he also offered explanations of our older sewer system with recommendations on how we can improve it. A pleasant and helpful man. Would highly recommend his services.

Needed a quick fix to resolve a leak. Valentin was very responsive over text and we had a quote and an appointment in the first 30 minutes. Valentin was over the next day and the offending pipe was removed, dried, and replaced within the hour. Valentin is very professional, polite, and answered our questions on future maintenance. I would recommend Valentin for those who need a certified plumber to help them out.

Valentin is a star. He is one of those rare contractors who are experts and take great pride in making sure you're being serviced well. I called him when I heard my sump pump making noises. He came within about an hour (awesome response time!) and replaced my sump pump which apparently was a cheap Home-Depot model, which broke after 3 years, with a US-made Liberty pump, which should be good much longer. He had the pump with him and did not need to "go back for parts." The new pump also keeps a much lower water level in the pit which is good for the under-house piping. He then took great care to instruct me how to take advantage of a city program subsidy, and he made sure I had all the documentation and knew how to apply to get 80% of the cost reimbursed!
