Valentin and his crew did a great job upgrading our main water supply pipe. He provided a thorough explanation of the work, walked me through the process, and was always extremely responsive to my (many) emails/texts before the work. The work was done on time and on budget, and we'd highly recommend them. They also helped work us through the inevitable snags and surprises which I really appreciated. We will certainly look to work with them again in the future.

Valetin quickly & efficiently identified the issue - a bad wax gasket and poor sub-floor installation - and he replaced the part with a novel double rubber gasket solution and remounted the toilet. Good as new, now. Excellent communication, execution and pricing. What more can you ask for?

I called Valentin this morning after discovering that we had a leaky outdoor faucet in the middle of winter that was slowly creating a glacier of ice. He was at our house within an hour and replaced both our outdoor faucet and the indoor faucet that feeds it, both with higher quality products that won’t fail. Valentin is a true professional who provides prompt and expert service. Highly recommended

I noticed a hairline crack on my kitchen counter top running from the base of the faucet, which was very old. I looked underneath and found that over the years, very small water leakage had begun to erode the particle board under the counter top. I texted Valentine on Friday; he responded within a few minutes; asked me to send him photos of the faucet and countertop; suggested a Moen faucet on sale at Home Depot; and quoted an all-in price. I agreed; he immediately ordered the faucet; texted he would come Monday morning at 8:00. He came, shut off the main water, removed the old faucet, and installed the gorgeous new one, with a metal plate underneath for support. I had also asked him to check my bathroom sink, as the drain had been very slow for several years. He should me how to solve the problem with a kind of gentle hand plunging (a regular plunger would create too much pressure, causing leaks). And, like magic, the drainage issue was instantly resolved. All told, Valentine was here less than an hour. I unconditionally recommend Valentine for any plumbing issues you might have: he's very knowledgeable, an expert technician, and very reasonable with his quotes.

Valentin was at the house and fixed the problem within hours of my call. The ceiling drywall was cracked and wet and a large area had to be removed to locate the source of the water damage. Valentin quickly identified and addressed the issue, and left the space spotless. His price was half that quoted by another reputable plumbing company. Strong Plumbing's high rating is well=deserved. I'll be recommending Valentin to family and friends.

Valentine is a true pleasure to work with. He is fast, he is extremely competent, and he is very honest. I can't recommend him highly enough. I will only engage him for plumbing jobs from now on.

Strong Plumbing/Valentin is great, and I would highly recommend to anyone. I called him on two occasions: One, I had a leak in my basement as well as a loose pipe where I connected a hose in my garage, and the second time I called because my waterline to my fridge had a hole in it. Valentin communicates through text, and is quick to request photos, and is quick to assess the issue. He is honest, and knowledgeable. The second time I called him (for the hole in the water line), he came to my house and after taking a look at what I had done, he informed me that I could do the repair myself and didn't need his services - he gave me some tips, and suggested a product to buy and didn't charge me for his visit. Very kind.

Valentin was extremely responsive and helpful in identifying the issue and coming out to manage the repair. He was organized and diligent with his work, taking care to explain both what he was doing but also what we should watch for moving forward, tips, and even products that could help if we encounter future issues. Felt very confident in the work and how transparently and patiently the whole process was handled.
