We contacted this company after dealing with basement drain overflow for a week. Val came out and used his camera to scope the drain and managed to clear a clog within a short time. Further work will be needed to replace old clay pipes, but for now everything in our home drains properly again. Val even showed me how to properly clean our backwater valve to ensure it works as it's supposed to in case of emergency. Val did very good work and we will be sure to have him back in the future.

Valentin and his crew did a great job on our plumbing upgrades which included sump pump install, new backwater valve, lead pipe removal and washroom rough ins. Work was done efficiently and priced very reasonably even when we discovered some unknown site conditions. Would highly recommend.

Service was for snaking & camera inspection for a clogged residential sewer main, due to tree roots and pipe damage. He responded quickly to messages and let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving. He completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality and was friendly and knowledgeable. Valentin was upfront and fair with pricing. He also offered options for long term, more permanent repair solutions. I would hire him again for other plumbing or drain issues.

Valentin did a great job at replacing our main water shut off valve. We had another unusual issue as well that he was able to figure out and fix quite quickly. He does great work, is tidy, used a drop cloth, was very responsive and overall very pleasant to work with. His rate is affordable. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs and will call him for future issues.

We had a leaking water pipe in our basement ceiling which needed immediate repair! Valentin came within 2 hours of my call. He was very pleasant and professional. He advised me how much it would cost before starting. I'm in an old house and last year we needed the very same repair on another floor of our house. That plumber charged us $100 more than Valentin charged! Should I need a plumber again this is the only company I will call - honest, fair pricing and experienced.
